I contacted FergusonHome in Tucson and spoke with sales representative Lindsey Peterson. At first I thought that she was quite helpful, but then I realized that she was disingenuous (at best) in her communications. For example, she told me that there would be no shipping charge for the delivery of our two cast iron sinks. I was delighted and thought that because we were ordering so many products from them that the shipping was simply included. However, that was not the true or complete story. I later learned that Ms. Peterson did not disclose to me that there might be an option of "white glove" delivery service in my area, which meant that while there would be a shipping charge, my heavy sinks would be delivered into my garage and not left at the end of our long driveway. Considering that my husband and I are of retirement age and we live in a relatively rural part of Arizona, this information should have been made clear to me. Her suggestion that we find friends to help us move them was outrageous. And even if delivery into our garage were not an option, she should have described and disclosed this information from the beginning. The story gets worse. To further complicate matters, Ms. Peterson told me that the Delta faucets that they offer have different (superior) components than the Delta faucets that are offered by the box stores. She told me that, for example, the Home Depot offers lower prices because the quality of their products is inferior (i.e. made of plastic and not steel.) Since I have used Delta faucets for many years, I called Delta directly and was told that 1. This is patently untrue and 2. Coincidentally, places like Ferguson (the Delta agent mentioned their name specifically) often make this assertion which is simply untrue. When I questioned Ms. Peterson about it she was unable to offer a rational explanation for the tall tale that she told me. When I asked to speak with a manager about it, I was connected to Kendrick Peters. He told me that "they can only go by the information that is given to them." I made it quite clear that I was willing to pay a little extra in order to get assistance and service from Ferguson, but I did not want to be misled or straight out lied to. Following that, I came into the showroom to look at drawer pulls and knobs and the sales clerk on the floor at the time (a man, I did not get his name) told me that "only OCD people would see a difference between champagne bronze (which is what I wanted) and their brush gold products." I was completely offended by that for countless reasons. I would have preferred that he tell me that they do not sell champagne bronze products at all. I cancelled my complete order and then had to persistently call and email them in order to get my refund. It took over a month for them to issue my credits. In short, the staff at FergusonHome Tucson only want to make a quick sale, are uneducated about their products and services, and, quite frankly, lack adequate training and social skills. May I suggest to Mr. Peters that he find a way to refrain from using the word "like" three times in every sentence that he speaks. And don't tell me "Gotcha" like I am a teenager. My recommendation to everyone here reading this is to go to a different showroom in Tucson. DO NOT USE FERGUSON HOME FOR ANY OF YOUR RENOVATION NEEDS. NEVER EVER.

We were very interested in what he had to offer, set up an appointment at our house. Within just a few days, we had the best and most spectacular lighting in the neighborhood. We LOVE LOVE LOVE especially our backyard. It looks just like a high-end resort. Our pool reflects the lights that shine up into the palm trees and wow! We love to sit out back and just enjoy our gorgeous back yard. He even put a special light to highlight our American Flag. It was very exciting to have Lyon and his partner here for the big reveal after dark. So many ooohs and ahhs. They made any adjustments right on the spot that we needed. We couldn't be happier. It's been so worth it - let's say how thrilled I am that my husband persevered. After a few weeks, we had a very small issue. Lyon was out the next day and took care of it. We highly recommend Lyon and California Lighting Design.

We have reported dead/ dying plants to Southern Arizona Pools personnel repeatedly, WELL BEFORE the one year mark, many within a month or so of the completion of planting. No action was taken, or we were repeatedly told " They're just going dormant" or "Transplant shock, they'll come back". All while the personnel (John Carreon in particular) repeatedly told us that the warranty was a year, so we should "wait it out". We waited it out, but kept reporting the dead/dying/ diseased plants. The builders representative has our comments and complaints. As for watering, the system was "adjusted" by Southern Arizona Pools personnel several times. At their direction, we DID NOT alter the settings. Only after we were unable to get resolution from Southern Arizona Pools for the plants did I post this review. And the information provided by Southern Arizona Pools regarding warranties is still inconsistent. One email sent recently says the warranty was only 2 months. And we have an email from the builder the day of the original review that states that Arizona Pools states that the warranty period was only 30 days. Neither of which matches the warranty period repeatedly stated by YOUR personnel over the course of the last year. We've consulted with professional landscapers, who all stated that a warranty of 30 or 60 days is ludicrous- Many plants with issues will not show problems by then. In short, your people failed, Justin. Your response is indicative of how Southern Arizona Pools fails to honor its warranties. And your response also shows how poor your customer service is. As for the Colorado KFC experience- how has that got anything to do with my review of your company? I still stand by that review, as I will stand by this one of your company. And I had only posted this review on Yelp, but feel that I should now post the original review, along with your snarky reply, on every platform I can find. I think it's important that people know what kind of "people" they are dealing with. You really did wonders for your company's reputation with that response.

    Have been wanting to add natural light in the kitchen for a while now. Finally pulled the trigger…read moreafter meeting TJ the owner of Clean Light at the Maricopa County home show. The morning of the installation was a nice & sunny January day. TJ arrived on time surveyed the area and made suggestions on size and location of tube. Went with a 14" Velux Sun Tunnel. Took TJ just a couple of hours to complete. Was surprised just how bright the kitchen became...actually too bright! After recognizing my concern TJ took the time and effort to adjust the brightness and make it just right! Couldn't be happier with the end result. And as for TJ a decent likeable patient & passionate man who enjoys what he does. So if your wanting to add light to a dark room I would highly recommend Clean Light.

After 3 visits he had 1 complete and 2 partially complete. The roofers could not finish their job and seal the roof up until he was done. I left many many messages and never a call back. Once when he answer the phone I told him about all the messages and he said he is too busy to check his messages. DON'T TAKE ON WORK YOU CANT HANDLE. He would tell me he was going to be at the house a certain day to complete the work and would just no show. In my humble opinion he is a piece of work you should not do business with this company. This is not how you treat customers. Update - after me speaking my mind he did come back and quickly complete the job, so I added a star.
