The place is catered to those who are savvy in the world of weight training but as I've seen while I was there, there was another customer that was just looking for something to curb their appetite and the employee there was very helpful and encouraging. Some people may be off-put by the staff and clientele simply because they're "fitness people" but what that's what the place is all about. I mean most of the people who frequent stores like this know what they want and are avid weight lifters so naturally, a lot of "in shape" people will be in there. Once you enter you need to circle the building as it's located right behind Guibe Cafe. It's nice that they have some pop ups here and this day was no different with Sippin' Pretty whisking up some various drinks for a quick and easy pick up. Justin made me feel comfortable right away and really listened to what I wanted. I told him I wanted a pre-workout that would help me cut and that I can handle 200mg+ of caffeine. He recommended OxyShred Hardcore--and wow. I used it at the gym and had clean, focused energy. After leg day, I usually struggle through cardio, but I was able to sprint 30 seconds on and off instead of just walking on an incline. My mental focus was noticeably better and I got through my workout way more efficiently. He also recommended a women's creatine with collagen and biotin, which I didn't even know existed! I haven't tried it yet since I still have some left. He even threw in a sample of BioHealth Precision ISO protein in strawberry shortcake--SO good and super light.
