They took a credit card number and pre-charged that appt. I was told if I cancelled it more than 24 hours in advance it would be refunded. I called to cancel with 4 days notice and was argued with over getting a refund. The office manager grilled me on why I was cancelling and argued about giving me a refund. It was extremely rude and invasive. She finally agreed to a refund "as a courtesy". Needless to say, I'll never, ever book an appointment with this snobby, "we're only for rich people" spa! They can keep their services, there are plenty of other spas around that don't treat people like that!!

I am pregnant and my skin has been super dry this summer. I'm also in my mid 30s and need to take extra good care of my skin. My skin was super hydrated and visibly looked better right away. She also took care of some much needed extractions. A week later my skin is so happy. The facility is clean and has several treatment rooms.
