Absolutely unprofessional…read more. I called he said he wasn't available.. 10 min later he called back and asked if I still needed a ride I said yes. My car was at a mechanic and I didn't want to walk with my 5 year old and fiance in 104 degree weather. That's why the 1 star. He showed up with his wife or mother? in the car.. I've never known a cab company ok with extra people in the car having a conversation making it almost impossible for us to ask questions about the issues we had with the ride. The unprofessional part is when I called I asked if they took debit he said yes. Then when we started driving he said cash only today but I will stop at an ATM no charge. In the window it says $2 per mile. I'll post a pic when I'm done writing this.. according to my gps he was only taking me 1.5 miles. So I then noticed HE DIDN'T TURN ON THE METER. Again I'll post a pic when I'm done with this review. When I asked him about the meter he waved me off and said $10 for the ride.. No explanation like its broken just a rude wave.. before I could speak his wife or mother? spoke louder so I couldn't ask about price. I let it go because I needed the ride and took pics of everything in the cab instead so I could post this. I did need a ride an I did appreciate the call back but that ride was highly over priced and unpleasant. I won't be calling this service for any future rides. Too shady.
