Scrooge lives here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Something seems very off and dodgy here. I had the misfortune of picking up a package from UPS here and patiently waited in the line to be helped however he chooses the guy behind me to help first...well okay. Then he proceeds to grill me about my I.D in such a rude way, even though I had proof of address. I can tell he was doing this on purpose for a laugh. What a psycho. It also didn't help that it seemed they were only talking politely to several Armenian customers the time I was there. I will request and hope my packages never end up at this hole in the wall. This review is very long overdue but I have not forgotten the amazing service that I received at Alik Printing. What started as my vision for a pomegranate themed wedding turned into many challenges in finding the perfect wedding invitations. George helped customize my invitations and spent numerous weeks working with me to sort through various images and ideas. His expertise and patience made all the difference and I was extremely happy with the end product! I must have emailed him a dozen times with specific requests and he was always willing to take the time to make the changes. But the fun didn't stop there-- George also made customized place cards with the same pomegranate theme and they looked PERFECT. When I went in with a picture I wanted photoshopped and blown up to place in our reception hall, he took care of that as well. Again, he customized the picture and made the background blend perfectly to enhance our faces. He did all of this less than a week before the wedding because I had come up with these ideas during the last couple of days! He really worked hard and never complained once, which helped keep my own stress level down. In the end, the quality of his work was wonderful and my experience working with him was equally as great. I ordered my wedding invitations from Alik Printing and had a good experience. The owner, George, was patient as I sat and looked through binder after binder of invitation samples, calculating the cost, narrowing it down, etc. He's very considerate when you're working with a budget and does not try to push anything on you that you cannot afford. He was quick to email me the sample of the invite. After placing the order, the invites came in about a month and a half. I wish he had warned me that it might take longer because initially he said they take a month to arrive and after a month I had to call him to make sure there were no issues. When the invites arrived, they were beautiful with no errors and exactly as I'd ordered. He even went through and explained how to address them properly. read more

WEDDING INVITATIONS WERE 5 WEEKS LATE and missing a piece!!! This was the absolute worst part of my wedding planning experience. This man is a conman!!! I went here to order my wedding invitations and the amount of stress it caused me and my parents was ridiculous. He seemed like a nice guy. He said I could get 100 invitations for about a $100. Perfect. I told him that fits right in with my budget and I'd like to stay in that range. He shows me all my options and we proceed to pick the paper, colors, fonts, envelops, etc. all with his help. He tells me they'll be ready in 2 weeks. Great. That'll be about 2 1/2 months before the wedding and I can send them out 2 months before. So 2 weeks later I call him to see if I can go pick up the invitations and he tells me they're not ready yet. OK, I have a little wiggle room no biggie. Says he'll have them in a week. A week later they're still not ready. Now I start freaking out. Long story short I hound him for the following MONTH and finally get a call to pick them up 5 WEEKS before the wedding date!!!!!! That's one week before the RSVP date! Absolutely ridiculous and he never once acted or pretended to be sorry or feel bad at all. We rush to pick them up and send them out that day, and the invitation is missing a tab on the cover of each one with our initials on it. He claims we never ordered it, we say we did, we yell and leave the store as to not waste more precious time. We get home and rapidly start sealing, labeling and stamping the envelops. Literally the second we finish he calls and says he found the tabs with our initials on them and asks if we wanna go pick it up. AHHHHHH!!!! NO we don't wanna go pick them out. The invitations are all sealed in their envelops and ready to be sent out!!! What an idiot! Then... just when we think it can't get any worse, he tells us that the total (which we've been thinking is around $100 all along) is $1,800.00!!!! Yes, that's one thousand eight hundred dollars for 100 invitations!!! Are you insane????? We told you our budget, you gave us the estimate and YOU helped us pick out the invitations. If some of the choices we made were going to raise the price $1,700 don't you think you should at least mention it to see if we can afford it??!!! We could've picked different paper, font, ANYTHING. I would never agree to pay that much for invitations!!! And not a single ounce of remorse, or a discount for the EXTREMELY LATE invitations with MISSING components. Needless to say we didn't pay him $1800 or anything close to that. I don't know how this guys stays in business. I'm just speechless. read more

My review relates to Alik's handling of my UPS package. - I found out that it was not delivered and was placed by UPS in Alik's shop for holding but the company did not let me know for weeks.
