A Transformative Pilates Experience with Maria at Club Pilates Longmont!…read more I can't say enough great things about Club Pilates in Longmont, especially about the incredible instructor Maria! From the moment class began, Maria exuded a warm, professional energy that immediately put everyone at ease. Her guidance was spot-on -- she provided clear, thoughtful cues that helped me really connect with each movement, and consistently reminded us to focus on our breath work, which made a huge difference in how I felt during and after class. The workout itself was the perfect balance -- challenging yet totally achievable. I left feeling stronger, more grounded, and completely invigorated. Maria has a gift for making everyone feel supported, regardless of experience level. Her attention to detail and encouraging style pushed me to go just a little further, without ever feeling overwhelmed. She's one of those instructors you instantly trust -- her knowledge, presence, and joy for teaching shine through in every moment. Honestly, I'd follow Maria anywhere -- she's that good. Whether you're a Pilates newbie or a seasoned practitioner, I wholeheartedly recommend checking out Club Pilates Longmont and booking a class with Maria. You won't regret it!

Cycling Review LOVE this studio! What most impresses me is…read morethe tech! This is 21st century swag right hur! I signed up via Class Pass and when I arrived I had a bike assigned with base metrics and a Stages account which monitors your RPMs, distance, effort and sends you a summary email at the end of class. But that's not it! During class you can see your performance on the board if you are in blue, red, yellow or green. So helpful to know if you are pushing yourself hard enough at the right times. It really motivates you to improve, get the most out of your work out and most importantly...to come back! Great instructors who truly make class engaging. Zack's videos during concert classes are super fun! State of the art equipment, great trainers and good location make this an easy 5 star!

I did an introductory lesson for cycling with my mom. To be honest, I hated it. But I just don't think cycling is for me! If you like cycling, they have tons of updated bikes, a clean space, and good TV monitors. I was more interested in the fitness class portion. I did the $49 introductory month rate for new students and tried the Thursday night HIIT class. I was hooked! I only go once a week (for now) but I'll for sure be going - at least until July when I get married. A lot of the same women go to the class, so it becomes more comfortable as you go more. It's not a judgmental or stressful atmosphere, I'm out of shape and go slower than the other girls but I never feel bad about it. They have tons of equipment and the instructor is really awesome. I always feel accomplished after the workouts and they are always explained really well.

I've been to many Pilates studios and classes from here to the east coast and am happy to share…read morethat this is the real deal! The studio is easy to access (from any direction in town) and has a large parking lot. As it's just off the beaten path traffic and parking constraints are not an issue. The studio is sparkling clean and there are always refreshing beverages to enjoy if you forget your water or tea at home. Sometimes there are treats too! Forgot your socks or want a stylish new top or leggings? They have those available too! Bolder Pilates has also been known to have fun events over the years - some in studio and some in local parks. Hooks near the entrance as well as an area for footwear lend a homey feel and let you stow your stuff nearby when attending class. While my first and fave instructor was Lexi I have met many others over the years. The owner, Donna is also a wonderful, knowledgeable, motivating and welcoming instructor. The group classes I've attended had about 5-6 students. Being in a class of this size ensures not only wonderful personalized instruction but also our safety which is very important and often overlooked at studios that just pack em in like sardines. Instruction is clear and the knowledge and expertise the staff have of the musculoskeletal system is evident. Incorporating Pilates into my wellness practice gives me a better sense and strength of my center, posture, and peace of mind. With an improved posture I feel on top of the world and ready to tackle whatever life throws at me next.

I was shown exercises within my allowed weight and movement limits which progressed each week as I got stronger. It is not just massages and ice/heat therapy. I received dry needling when my muscles became chronically tight and wouldn't relax which was very helpful. Dry needling isn't painful, only slightly uncomfortable due to the very fine acupuncture needle hitting trigger points in the muscle. Once it hits that point, the muscle relaxes. It lasts for about two weeks or a month, too! The therapist determines whether the muscle(s) is a candidate for this treatment. It is up to the patient to do their exercises at home daily between appointments and they aren't too time consuming. The therapists are well trained and very helpful in developing your treatment regime, all the while checking your range of motion, strength and function as weeks go on. Robert was very pleasant and I felt safe in his care. Treatment rooms are private and clean.
