I wasn't sleeping at night and was really worried about how I was going to keep up with the demands of my business during the busy holiday season. From my very first visit with Bert Brier and his team, I knew I was in the right place. Bert is extremely knowledgeable and supportive, but he also pushes you in all the right ways. He had me working through the pain to build strength, and before long, I was back on my Peloton--something I had completely given up on. I went three times a week over the summer, and the difference has been incredible. I'm now almost pain-free, sleeping through the night again, and back to my regular activities. I honestly thought knee replacement surgery was my only option, but now I'm holding off because I feel so much better. I can't say enough good things about Bert and everyone at Pappas. I recently went to South County PT for a shoulder issue. After my initial visit, I was given…read moreexercises to do at home and set up visits for treatment. I have been for PT several times at different offices and have never had such poor treatment. All the "PT" had me do were the exercises I was already doing at home, he then rubbed my shoulder for a few minutes with no more technique than anyone would use if they ran into someone they knew in a restaurant and then asked if I wanted it iced. I could have FaceTimed that into him. This treatment lasted for two more visits. Totally useless. I remembered the name of a PT who worked elsewhere that someone had given me, called them and couldn't be happier. I would like to think that not all the PTs here are as lazy as the guy i had and the office was efficient and pleasant

My daily pain is almost gone now. I don't have to see an orthopedic doctor, and I don't have to get an epidural shot. I no longer take muscle relaxers or 800 mg. of precipitation strength Motrin. After one or two more visits, I will see Dr. Belanger for a maintenance adjustment. I've been singing the praises of this chiropractor to a number of locals, and I will continue to do so. He has helped me tremendously. Walking and climbing stairs are no longer an issue for me. Dr. Belanger's receptionist was also able to fit me in the very day that I called. Dr. Belanger is also now the sole owner of this business. The office is conveniently located on Salt Pond Road (close to the Two Ten Oyster Bar and Grill. There is plenty of parking.
