Jaime was amazing to work with, and pushed my daughter to get herself better, including reversing what U.O. did to her to ruin her surgery healing from February 2025. She had a second double reconstruction surgery this year in April, and will begin her PT again with HighBar next week. I've never been so confident in physical therapists until my daughter began going to HighBar. They are top notch therapists who actually care about their patients, their patients getting better, and they treat their patients as if they're part of the HighBar family. My daughter is looking forward to going back there next week, and is so happy that I removed her from a toxic physical therapy department where they reversed all of the hard work her surgeon had done last year. Please, go to HighBar, they are the best in every aspect! Their team is amazing!!!!

No complaints here!!!

Every person is so kind and caring and want to help no matter how big or small. I see Allie, twice a week and she has made me not wake up in pain for the first time since my stroke. This isn't any normal PT, they don't do the same thing every time and send you home with more at home exercises then you normally do in the hour you are seen. They work with you. They care about you. They want you to be, in my case, pain-free, and better after every session. Truthfully, whenever I have to move I am going to be crushed to leave my friend here at NPT & Co. And the ON shoes, sooooo amazing! they took a while to convince me and now I am sad it took me so long. my knee doesn't hurt as much after standing on my feet and I don't have to ask someone to tie my shoes. which being 26, and not being able to tie your shoes sucks and there were no cute alternatives! until these, super cute and super reliable.

My daily pain is almost gone now. I don't have to see an orthopedic doctor, and I don't have to get an epidural shot. I no longer take muscle relaxers or 800 mg. of precipitation strength Motrin. After one or two more visits, I will see Dr. Belanger for a maintenance adjustment. I've been singing the praises of this chiropractor to a number of locals, and I will continue to do so. He has helped me tremendously. Walking and climbing stairs are no longer an issue for me. Dr. Belanger's receptionist was also able to fit me in the very day that I called. Dr. Belanger is also now the sole owner of this business. The office is conveniently located on Salt Pond Road (close to the Two Ten Oyster Bar and Grill. There is plenty of parking. The office is also immaculate.

I am feeling so much better now. I had worked in the medical field for over 35 years at RIH, and the one thing that I appreciate also with him along with his assistance Miranda is they show much personal compassion and concern for their patients. That is something that I found lacking in hospitals by many of the staff. Treating a patient is not just physical, but treating a patient with respect, compassion and concern for them is just as important, if not more important sometimes. So, again I am so happy that I am being treated by Dr. Belanger and his assistant Miranda. You will not be sorry being treated here by them. Allan Z.

I started going to Pappas Physical Therapy in Wakefield this past June after spending months with…read moreanother group where my knee just kept getting worse. I have bone-on-bone arthritis in my left knee, and by that point I had pretty much stopped all physical activity because of the pain. I wasn't sleeping at night and was really worried about how I was going to keep up with the demands of my business during the busy holiday season. From my very first visit with Bert Brier and his team, I knew I was in the right place. Bert is extremely knowledgeable and supportive, but he also pushes you in all the right ways. He had me working through the pain to build strength, and before long, I was back on my Peloton--something I had completely given up on. I went three times a week over the summer, and the difference has been incredible. I'm now almost pain-free, sleeping through the night again, and back to my regular activities. I honestly thought knee replacement surgery was my only option, but now I'm holding off because I feel so much better. I can't say enough good things about Bert and everyone at Pappas. They truly helped me get my life back. If you're struggling and need real results, this is the place to go!

I was told three different occasions that the reason for the smell was due to the air conditioner requiring replacement- that can not explain why everything has dust/dirt on it- was also told that all equipment is cleaned after every patient and that is just a blatant insult to the intelligence of anyone with eyes.
