Through exercise and their expertise, I am now at a 0 to 2 for pretty much any movement I do. The key is keeping at it and following the directions of things to do at home. Here it is again. :) Incredible dedication to service. I felt listened to and genuinely cared for by the staff. Prior to being referred to IPT, I had been ignored by my doctor and my medical concerns dismissed. My first consultation Jeanie diagnosed me immediately and we came up with a plan. It was brilliant! Weeks of dedicated work where I was totally supported through the entire process. I cannot thank them enough. Not only did I work out my physical ailments, but they really helped me deal with my PTSD from the accident. They had great recommendations for how I could continue working out at home, complete with print outs so I could do the exercises on my own. My therapist noticed and appreciated that I did my exercises and always offered encouragement - and tough love when I needed it. When routines needed something I didn't have, Jeanie generously offered me tools like a stretch of the rubber band for free. The holistic approach IPT staff undertakes is wonderful, it helps you heal with more than just physical treatment, but recover mentally and emotionally as well. Their services were absolutely invaluable and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy or just wants to join a fantastic gym.
