I experienced fat loss and a complete change in facial skin texture post procedure. The medical director offered to help in any way they could after the damage but unfort to get the treatment I needed to finally fix my face I had to seek treatment elsewhere. Hours of my own research, facial pain, being unable to feel okay going outside for months... it was a very dark time. The "mild" settings (which they described as mild to me in writing via text) were 2MM depth on my cheeks with 60 percent heat intensity." I had massage therapist Candace and she was great!
