I had a really disappointing and honestly uncomfortable experience here. My friends walked in ahead of us and no IDs were checked. When my boyfriend and I walked in, we both had Red Bulls in our hands. Immediately, a staff member told my boyfriend "no outside drinks." He reacted by making a whiny noise and taking one last sip before attempting to throw it away, but before he could, she grabbed the can while he was drinking, crushed it into his face, and threw it away. It was aggressive and completely unnecessary.
What made it worse is that nothing was said to me about my drink, even though I was holding the same thing and walked right past her.
After trying to brush it off, my boyfriend went to order a drink, and the same staff member continued to pester him, repeatedly asking if he had "learned manners" as he attempted to ignore her.At that point, it just felt hostile and unprofessional. I approached her and asked how she could demand respect when she hadn't shown any.
I understand rules like no outside drinks, but there is a respectful and professional way to enforce them. This was not it. Invading someone's personal space and acting aggressively is unacceptable.
Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. I will not be coming back read more
