That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all--which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking

At 11:09 AM, instead of receiving assistance, I was told our appointment was considered a "no-show" and that we would have to pay a $50 reinstatement fee if another pickup appointment became available. After reviewing our contract, I was even more frustrated. The agreement states that exact pickup and delivery times cannot be guaranteed and references a three-hour window, yet nowhere in the sections we reviewed does it clearly state that arriving 15 minutes late for a pickup appointment automatically cancels the order or authorizes a $50 reinstatement fee. Other sections reference different fees for different situations, making the policy confusing and inconsistent. What bothered me most wasn't just the fee--it was the complete lack of communication. We had already paid in full, were actively trying to reach the vendor, and were only 15 minutes behind. A simple phone call or text asking if we were still coming could have resolved the situation immediately. Policies are important, but so is customer service. Instead of working with a paying customer, we were met with silence followed by additional fees that don't appear to be clearly explained in the contract. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I called the police to have an officer call her he spoke to her and agreed to wait and be here at my property to help her get her items and she refused. She has attempted to charge my card 5 different times for 5 different amounts. I have reported her business to the BBB as a scam and everyone else should as well. I wish that I would have seen the reviews prior to supporting this small black owned business. ***PLEASE BE AWARE*** THAT THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
