He was onsite and addressed every minor detail I brought to his attention. When I say minor, I mean minor, from putting extra chairs out at our center table, adjusting the pole for the photo backdrop, showing us how to use the digital photo booth, and making a recommendation on where to set up the dessert tables based on how past events were set up. He worked really hard to ensure that our event was a success. We intend to use his venue in Jonesboro, GA for two more events we are planning to hold this year.

Then when we had more family that wanted to attend she (Kay) said this is a mini wedding and we had to pay more money. Because this was a mutual agreement to part ways I wanted a partial refund and she agreed, then called back and said her and Marcus said we could not get none of our money back! This new package was an extra $500.00 for 25 people do you know they still gave us one bottle of champagne which only served 10-16 people which was notated by one of guest 706 Charles Street Catering Service which addressed the issue. Not only did Kay not attend but had her daughter who started out just like her with an attitude our time was from 2-4 I asked how early I could come to prepare she said 1:30 pm, then they started flicking the lights at 3:00pm and stated that we needed to be out by 3:30pm. They began taking down the decorations in the middle of the Photography. One of my guest asked about Renting the Space for a 50th Birthday Party for over 100 guest I told her don't waste your time or money. We have a big family for our Reception which is now Booked in August and this Venue would not ever Host our families Events - Baby Showers, Graduation, Weddings, or Birthdays! NOTHING!!!

The good news is there were signs that they are starting construction to update it. My bed wasn't made well and the towels weren't very soft so there is room for improvement but all in all it was fine and if they make the necessary updates it would be great.

Brad was helpful with directions and general information. Housekeeping Staff No interaction Food Staff NA Shuttle Driver NA; I did see a shuttle van drive by. Room 515 The blackout curtains do not work and need to be repaired. Room does not have a microwave but comes with a good size small refrigerator. The work desk does not have a light on or near it.  The 2 power plugs near it were being used by the TV and DirectTV.  I had to unplug the DirectTV in order to use the jack for my PC. Note there is a charge point station near the front door. A Really large and spacious shower.  However the shower floor and molding needs to be cleaned. The area behind the trash can and the TV is dirty and needs to be swept.  There was a piece of a gray plastic bag under the bed closest to the window. Caked on stain in bathroom between sink and toilet. The arm chair has a stain on the cushion. The dust screen in HVAC is clean, but it's not a true small particulate filter. The security view on the door is dirty, can not make out any details. Food Breakfast is from 6AM to 10AM.  The cost is $10.  Did not make use of. Gym/Pool Fitness Center on the 2nd Floor right outside of the elevator lobby.  Really well lit and bright.  The inclined bench had a tape repaired pad. 2 treadmills, 1 elliptical and 1 stationary bike. 1 Precor Fitness Trainer.  Dumb Bell set and incline bench included.  Room looked clean and maintained.  Water and towels were available. Guest LaundryDid not seek out, unknown if there was one or not. Ice makers The ice maker and shared microwave are co located just off the elevator lobby Guest Elevators 2 centrally located elevators for a 5 floor hotel that's pretty good.  Note the elevators are a little slow.  The carpets in the elevators need to be vacuumed.  The stainless steel front wall and doors need to be cleaned.  There were hand marks and stains on the doors the night we checked in and as of 12 Noon the next day, the marks were still there. Notes The fire alarm beeped a couple of times during the first night of our stay.  Front desk was aware.

I normally don't leave reviews, but this situation needs to be exposed so other business owners…read moredon't walk into the same trap. I moved into this office space on August 25th after paying $1,350 to get started. I was given two options: $600/month working directly through Mark (month-to-month), or $850/month through the office with a locked annual lease. I chose month-to-month for flexibility. From day one, things didn't add up. I was told my deposit would be used to refresh and paint my unit. That never happened. I had to pay out of pocket to make the space usable so I could even begin generating income. When I communicated that my October payment might be slightly delayed due to those unexpected expenses, Mark agreed. Shortly after, he went behind my back and told another tenant that if I didn't pay by Friday, he would put my belongings out. This directly contradicted our agreement and created unnecessary conflict. But it didn't stop there. In December, I discovered a mass in my breast and had to travel back and forth to Alabama for medical care. When I returned to Atlanta on January 4th after a 6-hour drive, I stopped by my office and fell asleep from exhaustion. The next morning, Mark asked to speak. We went upstairs, and during that conversation, he made a direct threat against my children. His exact words: "If I don't have my money by today, I'm going to lock your door so you don't have access and you can call your kids down here to get them killed if you want to. I'm a gangster." I immediately contacted the police. Nothing was done. At that point, I had no choice but to shut down my business and leave. I lost income, clients, and had to completely restart including reprinting all marketing materials tied to that address. Beyond my personal experience, the environment itself is deeply concerning: * People are living in these office spaces full-time without the owner's knowledge * Frequent domestic disturbances * Police activity and drug-related incidents * A reported shooting involving a child during a penthouse party that was never disclosed * Constant tenant turnover multiple people moving out at the same time This is not a professional business environment. It is unstable, unsafe, and poorly managed. There also appears to be serious internal mismanagement involving staff handling money and operations without transparency to the actual owner. If you are serious about your business even a little bit do not rent here. What looks like an opportunity will cost you more than money. It will cost you peace, safety, and progress.
