I'm glad to see the price of the Rice Pudding didn't go up because the price of the Koshari went up $4. The regular Koshari was $8 at the food truck but is now $11.99. They didn't have the meat Koshari at the food truck, but they do now at the restaurant, so I got one of each type: Liver Koshari ($13.99) for myself and Chicken Koshari ($13.99) for my husband. Koshari is a carb lover's heaven. I has macaroni, spaghetti, fried vermicelli, rice, lentils, chickpeas and fried onions. I enjoyed my version with stir-fried liver and bell peppers on top.
