Alfredo s pizza has always been a favorite. I recommend The Pig, it is loaded and delicious!

Back in town with family over Christmas. Mom says people in town are saying this new shop is pretty good. This is just a small carryout place. So small, the owner never answered the phone when we tried to call in the order. When I walked into the shop 20 minutes later, I could tell why. The owner was flying solo, had a half dozen unbaked pizzas lined up on the counter, and was busy making more. We had a pizza and a calzone. The pizza was missing a few of the toppings that we ordered. But it did come out in 20 minutes as promised. The service messups aside, the rumor mill was right, everything really was pretty good. I love their pizza. I've had the Chicago crust and loved it. But I think the Ny crust might be a little better. Can't go wrong either way. And their wings are my favorite in town. Boneless and bone in were both delicious. read more

I had Alfredos for the first time yesterday. I had a hawaiian. It was fabulous! The cheese was the kind of cheese I like the best from pizza shops and the sauce meshed very well with it. My only complaint is that the crust was not my favorite but I was not terrible. I suggest having a flavored crust option. I think this would enhance it alot and give the customer even more of a choice. UPDATE: Shout out to the girl who made our double mushroom pizza. After I watched you sneeze on some peoples calzones i knew the pizza would be awesome. Oh and thanks for getting mouthy with me when I let you know there was something wrong with the mushrooms. This is the best pizza in Salem! I love the thin crust and the way the cheese and sauce go together ontop of it! If you're not into pizza, though, their pepperoni rolls are MORE than a meal and they're outstanding. Definitely worth your money. I also like that I can walk in and buy a single slice to go-- super convenient for when I'm on the run or when I just have a craving for a slice of Alfredo's. read more

Good pizza though bland. Mostly tomato tasting with no spices at all. Very nice thick crust. Nice cheeses. Might blow away competitors if changed sauce a little and added spice. Do recommend and is a change of pace. Very nice people. read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. We waited 2+ hours for our pizza to be delivered and no we never received our pizza we had to go pick it up. We wanted a refund because we were already irate but the manager would not refund us the money including the tip for the delivery driver. Needless to say we are not too happy! So we got sent home with not only cold pizza that was just heartburn in circulation form but also we didn't get our money back read more

We have been living in Salem for 5 years we have yet to have ALFREDO's food. Everytime we call they tell us they are closed. The menu states that their hours are until 10pm but if we call between 8 and 9 they still say they are closed. We enjoyed the Alfredo's in Austintown when we lived there, but have now ripped up the Alfredo's Salem menu and will never call them again. read more

The pizza tastes good, but the worst customer service. The owners are are ignorant and rude. I ordered a Pizza, when I went to pick it up, they didn't even make it. They did apologize for it and offered me 25% off my next order. Sounds great, NOT. The very last time I ordered pizza from Alfredo's, I told them about my discount I was to receive, the owner looked in her "book" and told me that I had already used it. I did not use it and haven't been back. it's been 8hrs now. there is many more better pizza places around. read more

The pizza is some of the best around if you can stand the little bitch with the pink/purple hair who works inside. My family and I have been ordering the same pizza for 4 years and to be honest I had no idea what other kinds of pizza they sold because we have only ever ordered the barbecue chicken pizza. Our last order was wrong and instead of a polite attempt to correct the problem I was accused of being a liar and was told to get over it because they WERE NOT going to refund or replace my pizza. At $16.00 a pizza and relying on the word of mouth in our community I expected much more I will NEVER eat here again and tell anyone thinking about it to think again!!! read more

We ordered a pizza and I even confirmed the order multiple times with the manager who took my order. When I got the pizza home, it was all wrong. I called to let them know about the error and after waiting on hold the clerk came back on the phone and blamed me for the wrong order. He told me that the manager had taken my order and that she said she confirmed it with me. When I asked that a small pizza be made to correct the half of the pizza that was wrong, the clerk put me on hold again for 5 minutes! The female manager came back on the phone and again blamed me for their incompetence. Once again, I very nicely asked that a small pizza be made correctly to compensate for the half of the pizza that was wrong. I even offered to go and pick it up. She offered me 25% off my next order and stated that the owner would not allow for them to give me a free pizza. Very disappointed in the service and would not order from there again if you paid me to! read more
