Beautiful vineyard on the outskirts of Hastings. We parked there and did the Hastings 10 mile bike trail so we could enjoy a glass of wine after our ride. With this having been my first time there, I chose the $20 tasting. For that cost you get generous pours of 12 different wines. I chose bottles of my favs which included one white and 3 reds. Staff was excellent. There are so many seating options. We chose an outdoor table with umbrella in the vineyard. So pretty. Great experience!

Alexis Bailey Vineyard was a delightful way to spend the afternoon. The setting was beautiful and an added bonus was a surprise visit from a neighbor's horse that had gotten free of it's tether and wandered over. How fun to view the glory of this free horse who came to show us its beauty. The owner was quickly called and she treated us to some equine background. The 5 year old horse named 'Sage' was a wild mustang from Montana and was slowly getting 'handled'...meaning it hadn't been ridden yet but would be pretty soon. People who gathered around were intrigued and respectful. Thank you Bailey Vineyard for giving us a few moments of neighborly nature at it's best.

I've jazz music.

Wonderful staff and service. The live music and outdoor environment is top notch! The wine is very good. We enjoyed a bottle while listening to live jazz music. Also purchased a case of Country Red to bring home.

Gorgeous grounds---wonderful guys behind the tasting station---sweet dog and some drinkable wines...... Do you want to just get out and enjoy a beautiful day take a little trip over to this tucked away spot right outside of Hastings. Pack yourself up some snacks and get yourself a nice bottle of the voyager--(it was my favorite) you can really taste the depth of this wine it was the most full bodied that they offer other than dessert wines. If you like a very light drinkable perhaps have the country red or white. You need some special occasion wine you should pick up a bottle of the chocolate kiss---it is just like liquid chocolate and a little goes a really long way but oh--how delightful. The do not do weddings or events here but oh how I wish they did---I would be booking something pronto---it is absolutely a peaceful and stunning location.

The very first Minnesota winery I ever toured way back when. After several years away I was fortunate enough to be in the area and decided to swing in to have a new look. Its still in the same tucked away spot on a gravel road just off of Highway 61 sough of Hastings. Very nice refurbished building (with a spacious addition since my last visit). Lots of space inside for tastings. They even moved the bathroom from its old space to a more accessible location. The wines are great. Always have been. The stars are the Voyageur (a red) and the Seyval Blanc. You can sample 7 wines for $10 so have at it. They put out a really quality product. Their price per bottle is higher than other places but its worth it. There are lots of tables and other seating areas outside (including a couple of really nice bocce courts) and some interesting art pieces sprinkled throughout the property. I've been to a lot of wineries and overall this is probably the best combination of wine and atmosphere there is here in the state. Get a couple of bottles and add your favorite food and you could spend a couple of hours here easily. If you have been putting it off you should drop in soon.

Perfect day under the trellis for a glass of vino, next to the bocce ball court, looking on to the fields.

The vineyard landscape is BEAUTIFUL and makes for the perfect relaxing night or afternoon. The refreshing white wine pictured was delicious and perfect for a warm day outside. The flatbread was exactly what you'd expect for a light winery snack, but super reasonably priced which I appreciate! Definitely bring a DD so you can take advantage of their awesome bottle pricing instead of just ordering by the glass! Their social media is also worth checking out because they host so many fun events like yoga, concerts, private events, and more. Such a peaceful atmosphere with great vibes all around. When you arrive, there is ample parking up the winding road, and the slight elevation provides a great vantage to look out at the surrounding hills. There are several spots to sip wine, both inside and outside. There is capacity for large events with many-sectioned outdoor bar and an entire tent in the back. MN wine is no my favorite in general, but I really enjoyed the wine slushies on a hot day. Worth visiting to drink and eat and enjoy the scenery!! PS. I also witnessed a guest have a medical episode, and the staff were extremely attentive and caring in making sure the individual was recovering.

Those who had the slushies said they were very sugary. On the flight, only one really was good enough to take home, the others were only ok. Got a cheese plate, which was a little underwhelming. There are tables and booths in the back portion of the location but there was a "private" party (who brought in their own food and wine?!) so we shared a high top in the front of the tasting room. We ordered flights of 5 wines ($9 each) and the deluxe cheese and crackers. I hate to say it- but all the wines we sampled were not good. The "Port Station" was the best of the 10 wines I sampled. It is a Frontenac grape and wasn't really a port, but it was dry and slightly more full bodied than anything else we sampled. Not really worth taking a bottle home. All the other wines tasted watered down and honestly, I don't think I've ever been to a winery (or anywhere that served wine) where it was served in plastic cups. All the flavors were pretty flat without much aroma and no finish. A few had a bitter taste. The deluxe cheese and crackers were pretty basic and not really worth ordering. The wines were such a bummer- which should be the reason you visit a winery.

We didn't know what to expect, but we went for a tasting and ended up staying for lunch - and I'm so glad we did. The tasting was a minimal $7.50 per person for three wines, and they even gave us a bonus pour of a special wine that was absolutely delicious (we couldn't resist buying a bottle!). We ended up purchasing four bottles total, which earned us our tastings for free plus a 5% discount on the wine - a great deal for such quality selections. Lunch was just as impressive. The salad was fresh and crisp, the meats and cheeses on the charcuterie board were perfectly chilled and flavorful, and the sandwich was fantastic, especially paired with the delicious pasta salad that came with it. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a beautiful rustic feel that made it seem like we had been transported out of Wisconsin and into the European countryside. The entire facility was stunning, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the wine was excellent. Beautiful place, wonderful people, and great wine. We'll definitely be back to sit outside and order pizza and wine. (Note: they do have heaters outside, so even though it was pretty chilly out on November 1, we could still have set outside and enjoyed ourselves.)

My first impression of the property is that it is beautiful. They did a nice job with the property. The outdoor vineyard and wedding area is also quite lovely. The property was clean, restrooms clean, nice outdoor patio for dining. For the wine tasting, our hostess did a nice job explaining the various wines as we moved through the tasting menu. I didn't catch her name but she was very nice. We also briefly met Matt who was also very friendly. I felt the majority of wines were more on the sweet side, however, there were definitely several that leaned dry. I would t necessarily call any of them "full bodied". For Wisconsin wines, these were actually pretty good. The pours were generous compared to pours you may receive when tasting in Napa, Sonoma or Paso Robles so well worth the price. I would recommend stopping in and visiting Villa Belleza!

We tried a few different flights of wine and flat breads and enjoyed the beautiful view of the vineyard. The place is truly breathtaking, and at the time, they had live music playing outside. Jenna made some very good recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. ::Caution:: I still gave this place 5 stars because this has nothing to do with the service or the quality of the food or location, but we were picturing a nice, calm brunch, sipping on wine, not a Chuck E Cheese experience. Apparently, we were upgraded to the deluxe Chuck E Cheese package and were seated around lots of parents who decided to bring their young kids to a vineyard. The kids were running wild around tables and crying and screaming. Not one parent corrected their kids' behavior and just let them run around like free-range chickens. There were also people complaining that there were no non alcoholic drinks that they wanted at a vineyard. When I went inside there seemed to be no kids indoors. While another group could not control their kids and kept knocking things off the table, including glasses of wine. No one seemed to mind outdoors because most of the people had young kids, so be warned that this may be a possibility, so research your days before you go. Overall, if you remove the kids running wild and crying, the service was fantastic, the wine was good, lots of parking, the ambiance was incredible, and the food was good.

This latest wine pick-up party was held at their vineyard. They bused us all over to the vineyard from the winery, they had 3 buses going to and fro. Mask were required. They signed people in outside with a line that had social distancing, which was appreciated. They didn't cram the buses full and left plenty of seats open for distancing. This was our first time seeing the vineyard and it was in a nice location, not far from the winery. They let us walk around and see the grapes, they were just turning from green to purple so they were a bit tart. They had Nick's Diner cater food in for this event. It was walking tacos and they also had some wine tasting out there for the club members. We had the option of buying a bottle of wine at the Winery before being bused out there, so that is what we did. The walking tacos was the best food set-up so far since we have been members. They had the event out here to have more space to social distance. We enjoyed ourselves and signed up for the wine picking this year! I hear it is a good time! They also have events out here.
