When I was sitting on the floor of the storage unit place to open the bluetooth lock, (which I was more than happy to do), they noticed and made me a moving blanket throne and that was only in the first 10 minutes to show you what kind of attention to comfort and detail they have. Same thing when randomly Sergio puts two cold redbulls in front of us to drink. Usually I bring cold waters for movers, the roles have never been reversed like that before! When they had to make two trips, the guys didn't even take a lunch break until it was basically dinner time, at which point Sergio was so apologetic and I'm like please, go eat omg you've been working for like 10 hours nonstop. When previous movers somehow lost the screws for my headboard, Sergio found his own screws that would fit and made up for ANOTHER COMPANY'S mistake and this was at the very end of a 16 hour move. We all were exhausted and I said oh it's totally fine, it wasn't your fault and all 4 guys said no we'll see if we can make it right (at 1:30 am). Even though the final total was higher than the Not-to-Exceed price we were quoted, the guys worked so hard and so long and did so many things that a regular moving company would just say "we tried, oh well" and move on that my mom and I actually felt bad that we only did a hundred dollars per guy for tip and so I was happy to pay a bit more. But then, the next day, we get a call and they say hey we see you paid more so we want to honor the quote and give you the difference back as a refund. Frankly, if we were more awake when we got the phone call, we would have said keep the difference and give it to the team. Genuinely cannot recommend them enough. The only thing I would fix is obviously being told after the in-person quote that it would be able to be done with two trucks and one trip. It definitely needed the equivalent of 4 trucks and if we had known, we probably would have split the move up multiple days. The other thing is that we were left with a lot of plastic wrap on the side of the house. They attempted to put some in the can, but there was not enough room for all of it and we will be stuck with the plastic for a couple weeks until the can can fit it all.
