They asked me four times-- perhaps that was the reason for the nurse's animosity? It was bizarre and awkward . Today I got a message on my phone about medication and test results. I have a screening tool on my phone. I thought I would try it out, but Brittney didn't know that the whole conversation is recorded even before you leave the message and it was really rude. I don't think I'm inclined to return here, I have seen that the staff is not so friendly I got great care though it's unfortunate.

The folks at Colorado CyberKnife are outstanding. From my meeting with Dr. Lee McNeely, who treated me like an intelligent consumer and took the time to explain everything; my treatment sessions with Jodi, who was cheerful and friendly and skilled; to discussions with Dr. Kelly Simpson and Melinda...everyone was superb. As an active, 64 year-old cyclist, I was able to continue my training during treatment. The day after my final session I flew to California, completing a 100 mile ride that Saturday. I recently had my first PSA checkup and was elated to get the excellent results. Anyone who is a candidate for this non-invasive, effective treatment should do it.

Highly Recommend Dr. Kefer for Prostate Biopsy I'm posting…read morethis for any man who is anxious about getting a prostate biopsy. I've had two previous biopsies with other doctors, and both were very painful and stressful. My experience with Dr. Kefer was completely different. He uses a specialized chair that makes positioning much more comfortable, communicates clearly before each sample, and prioritizes pain and anxiety control. I was given local anesthetic and allowed to self-administer nitrous oxide, which made a huge difference. The procedure was far easier than I expected. If fear is holding you back, know that technique and approach matter. In the right hands, this can be very manageable. I highly recommend Dr. Kefer.

Then I had to fill it all out again in the office. There's probably 30 pages of policies and permissions you have to agree to whether you disagree or not. Also they charge you $10 over your copay for supplies whether you use supplies or not.
