Despite that, I really liked the NP Heather, so I went ahead and booked the appointment. It had been about 3 years since my last appointment with them, so I was overdue. When I arrived at the office, 15 minutes before my visit, I saw that they had moved. I then walked back to my car and proceeded to call them repeatedly, getting sent to voicemail each time. I left several messages, letting them know I'd gone to the wrong office. By the time I finally located the new address, drove there, and walked up to them, it was 10 minutes past my appointment time. They refused to see me. I'd taken off work, called them, pleaded with the person at the front desk, asked to speak with the nurse - they still wouldn't see me. I was TEN MINUTES LATE. Their justification was that they emailed me in 2024 that their office moved - which went to my junk mail and sat unread all this time. I will never go back to this place and would not recommend anyone else trust them either.

Dr. Hall is one of the rudest people I've ever met and I will never go back there. It's no wonder I got in quickly when I needed an appointment; the office is empty and no one goes back for a second appointment. Not sure why this lady decided to be a doctor. She has zero compassion and her attitude is like she wishes she could be anywhere else but talking to her patients. I felt like she wasn't really listening to me, though she did take a significant amount of time during my appointment to complain about President Trump. She wanted me to know she is so anti-Trump that she goes to protests and Indivisible meetings, and here I thought I was going to Dr. Lisabeth Hall to get some medical advice. Who knew she was a political expert, too? This appointment was all about Dr. Hall, and I'm not sure why I was charged for it. I question whether she knows what she's doing - maybe it was a stalling method to hide her lack of knowledge. Save yourself some time and find a doctor who can give you the attention you deserve, because who needs another narcissist. I hope Boulder Community Health will look into this because I doubt I'm the first patient to hear about her political beliefs. Totally inappropriate. They are constantly telling me to lose weight, but they understand I have an eating disorder when I ask not to step on the scale. The front desk is always pleasant and friendly, even if I complain or have issues (or more often feel disoriented). Since I got a new PCP my health is great, so great I might have to work again.
