When I began going to her practice early in 2006, I had a real horror of doctors' offices. My anxiety level would go through the roof when making an appointment and, as for actual exams, well, you know... About the latter I will say only that even in the most thorough exams, she is gentle. It is possible to be handled as if one is just another piece of human meat, so I appreciate that nothing in my experience with Dr Browne or other physicians in her practice is remotely like that. What impressed me first about Dr Browne is her cheerful, down-to-earth demeanor. This is not a physician who deigns to see you at her convenience. Rather, she is warm, welcoming, and tends to run awfully close to ON TIME. And yet I have never felt rushed by her. Go figure. In the past four years, I've had several matters that required tending by her and I have a chronic condition for which I see a couple of specialists. She is knowledgeable, up-to-date, diligent about research when needed, and she seems to play nicely with other physicians in terms of sharing information and paying attention to what she receives from them. It reassures me that she is both experienced and up-to-date; those qualities are sometimes mutually exclusive. One last, crucial point about Dr Browne. She is a listener. She does not interrupt and she does not have one eye on the door. She pays attention and she takes notes and she remembers things, or at least later is able to refer to notes that are obviously thorough. In my experiences with the office staff and P.A., they have seemed competent, efficient, and friendly. From my knowledge of Dr Browne's way of practicing as an internist, she deserves every accolade she has ever received.

Dr. Bair saw me and examined my elbow with a cauliflower looking growth was segmented and covered a space about the size of a half-dollar. That "disfigurement" had been the size of a nickel four years prior when I initially asked another local dermatologist to remove that minor blemish. That provider gave me a remedy that had to be repeated every six months while that wart expanded to five times the original size across four years. Dr. Bain treated my elbow once only two years ago, advising me that it was removed and completely eradicated. It was! - THANK YOU Dr. Bair. Their operation is very coordinated with an ensemble of extremely knowledgeable employees from the doctors, to the PA's and the very personable ladies at the front desk.
