My dad had been having the same issue with his car on and off for the past few months, it had been in and out of shops, but the one it was in the week previously thought they had fixed the issue and he had had no more problems. so we're about 3 hours into the trip, just past Augusta, and his car dies. the power just keeps going out, and for the first few times, it would recrank but immediately die again. then it stopped cranking altogether. We're stranded on the side of I-20 with no idea about any sort of shops around the area and no idea as to whether any of them are going to be open on a Saturday afternoon. I had the brilliant idea to hop on Yelp to search for shops from my sister's blackberry, and I used my cell phone to call every single shop listed. Liberty Hill was the last one on the list, and the only one who answered the phone. The owner of the shop was very nice, explained that he wasn't at the shop, but he had his calls forwarded to his cell phone. my dad explained the situation, and the owner said he could have his tow crew come pick up the car and take it to the shop, but he wouldn't be able to get to it until monday. the crew was there within 10 or fifteen minutes (crazy fast!) and they were very nice about the whole thing. The car was fixed (ACTUALLY FIXED THIS TIME) by Tuesday, and in short, this shop saved our asses in what could have been a pretty terrible situation.

I have dealt with this company for months now I had a motor swap the mechanic tried to steal parts…read moreoff of the motor that I had taken out I needed that motor back and it's complete state finally we went back and got it and we got the extra parts received a vehicle with a check engine light on took it to another location and I was just to drive it the way it is and they only consider repairing that if it has sentimental value. that location they told me that was on Telfair Road in Augusta Georgia person's name is well I went to pick up the vehicle they gave it back to me with a flat tire and no dropped it off the tire was fine and I had 3/4 tank what they did that are fixing it they drove it around I asked for paperwork I didn't get anything they just said it was running rich so I took it to Honda to have a look at told me the motor the rear was broken and the actuator was malfunctioning to take it back to C&C automotive since they did the work they needed to fix it. So I did I spoke with Megan at the Jefferson Highway location in Warrenville I dropped it off I took a picture of the dash verify for myself if it had been moved or if they've driven it etc. at this time prior to dropping it off I changed the MAP sensor that resolved in the check engine light going off a simple fix. When I went back to pick it up after receiving a phone call from the general manager who stated again just to drive it as it is there's no reason to put any money into the vehicle well it's a 2006 Honda Odyssey the motor has 48,000 miles on it I'm at the time of my life where I am not looking for a car payment or high automobile insurance with registration expense. The general manager told me they took it into the at it ran codes and there's nothing they can fix just to drive it the way it is. I asked if they had transportation they said no so I spent money Uber there got dropped off got the keys to pick it up took another screenshot of the dash they did not bring the vehicle in the garage to look at I have no transportation waiting on them to fix it so instead of them looking at it and fixing the rear motor mount due to the malfunction of the actuator that paid for all brand new motor mounts I was not shocked that they thought I'd be stupid enough not to take a photograph upon dropping it off verifying the mileage the gas tank do not recommend this company as they are a scam they will rip you off to you straight to your face don't go there
