The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. My mistake was i gave the money before the job start. I asked them to mow the land and work on flower bed. They called me and told me that their lawn mower broke down and they will come the next day to finish the job. They came and I told them that work on the flower bed is not done well, their were debris everywhere and shrubs and dead flowers are not pulled from the roots and tidy. I went out and by the time i came back they have gone. I called their number and no answer and I texted them, they replied that their mower broke down again and they will offer a refund. I never received a refund and after numerous phone calls they blocked my number. This wasn't just unprofessional--it was downright disrespectful.
