I'm not a regular online reviewer, but I tell my doctors and my friends about them all the time. They know their stuff, and stay on top of the latest developments in PT. They really know how to size you up and adapt exercises based not only on existing limitations, but your ability as well. Their communication skills and explanations are top notch. I've seen two of the therapists there over the years and both are excellent. I consider them part of my team to enable me to do the activities I love. I cannot recommend this group highly enough.

I had recently undergone back surgery and mentioned that my leg had been hurting. Even though I was there for my hip, Dr. Feng immediately took the concern seriously. He stopped what he was doing, performed a thorough examination of both of my legs, and told me he was concerned I might have blood clots. He sent me directly to the hospital for testing, where it was confirmed that I had blood clots in both legs. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Feng's attentiveness, compassion, and professionalism. His willingness to listen caretully and go beyond the immediate reason for my visit made all the difference. I truly believe his actions may have saved my life, and I will always be thankful to have had him as my doctor.

They claim to charge $75 for patient delays but are okay with making patients wait for over an hour. I am now 5 months post-full knee replacement. This review will be as superlative as the first one! My therapist was Danny, the owner; he was very disciplined about making sure that I could reach full extension and flexion and emphasized the need to continue to work on this even after achieving the goals in this arena. This was only one aspect of his work. I am very comfortable with a full range of activities at this stage, and continue to be grateful for the work of Danny and his assistants. My spine specialist referred me to physical therapy and shortly after I landed at physiotherapy associates. Upon entering, I was greeted by Steve who is very organized and charismatic person. He had all paperwork ready for me and explained the process. I then continued with my therapist Andrew. During my consultation, Andrew listened to all of my problem areas and asked many questions to gain a better understanding. Every treatment is never the same. As I recovered, Andrew adapted the exercises to allow me to progress. Also, there was one time I could not make an appointment and they allowed me to go later with another therapist,Diana, and I was still pleased! During therapy, I chatted with others and met a man who couldn't even walk initially but after having therapy was able to walk and was working on strengthening his muscles. It's clear that the therapists are dedicated to getting you to where you want to be. The staff is so attentive, warm and encouraging. This is the place you want to heal. I came for a neck injury and all the staff here are nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. Eugene, Christine, Chris, and Julia are all great to work with. I've worked with Riley, Christine, and David and all three have been fantastic. They've been knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and great at explaining the "why" behind the exercises and treatment plan. The office itself is also run extremely efficiently. Communication has been clear from day one, scheduling has been smooth, and honestly it just sets the golden standard for how a medical/therapy office should operate. The Limber Health app can be a little finicky at times, but that's obviously outside of the clinic's control. I still really appreciate having the assigned "homework" exercises between sessions because it helps keep progress moving forward outside the office. Overall, really solid experience so far and I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone starting PT, especially if you're new to the process like I was.

This review is because…read moremy last appointment which was a video follow up a few weeks after my last knee injection was canceled less than a day before my scheduled appointment. The doctor was unable to see me and my appointment was rescheduled for two days later. I was not happy about this appointment being canceled on short notice because it was my last one before my case closed and we moved to the settlement phase. Sol Medical should have doctors on call to see patients when their doctor is unavailable to see them on short notice.

Dr Ochoa is no longer there…read more I did not get the email that the phone operator stated that they sent. No, nothing was sent to me. So, the poor operator was lied to by their upper management. I feel so sorry for her to have to deliver such news, with no notice to the patient. Their website states he is still there. So I waited all weekend instead of going to the ER/ED. I then was told he was gone. But get this, their website AND phone message states they have Urgent Walk-in Clinic. So, another reason I waited, to go on Monday. But NOPE, THEY CLOSED THIS TOO. BUT STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE. Maybe while you're cancelling doctors, you also get your web team to make the correct changes on your website so people don't delay treatment thinking they are going to see their doctor, or be able to go to Urgent Care. And if this is how they manage their office, imagine how they handle their surguries or injections!! My guess is if their CEO, Steven Hammarstrom, cannot run the practice correctly, you don't want who they hired to touch your body. Stay away. Now I am needing injections, and I have no where to go, no doctor to oversee me. This is a blatant lack of care, and if the CEO is a Doctor, he should be ashamed of himself; Steve Hammarstrom I am talking directly to you!
