I asked to change the pillows cases , before they start my treatment . Maxine, my therapist, got upset with me. No personality. I had a felling that she doesn't care. I ask Holly, how often they change the pillow cases. Her answer was " every 3 days " I am not comfortable with that, and after calling my insurance, there answer was "That is unacceptable, with the COVID and flu season again ". Victor is the owner, Arlene is the manager I hope they will take in consideration my concerns and will protect ALL the patients in the future. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Melanie listened to all of my issues and my goals. Not only was I looking for relief from the pain but I also wanted to continue playing basketball, doing CrossFit and overall just staying very active. I signed up for 6 sessions and we worked through each of my issues. After each session, all of my pain points have gotten better. My calf is healed, the tightness in my neck has improved, and my shoulder is well on its way. Melanie not only gave me exercises to do daily and weekly so I continue to keep improving, but she taught me how to take care of my body while still being able to do the activities I enjoy. THANK YOU MELANIE!!

Melanie is magic…read more I have had long standing issues on my right side that have resulted in pain, loss of strength, and a change in the shape, size, and angle of my right calf. It hindered my ability to stay in shape which led to a downward spiral in energy and strength. I went to an orthopod and traditional PT - neither solved anything. I found that the experienced PT / owners at the big PT shops would spend 5 minutes with you and then robotically come up with a therapy set and then hand off to a Junior PT to execute each week, without really understanding the underlying issue. It seems a set up for repeat visits and dollars vs solutions. Melanie is highly trained, knowledgeable, creative, and compassionate. She actually hears what you have to say and partners with you to rebuild. She provided a solve for every issue I threw at her. I saw immediate in-session improvement in the weakness area, which told me she heard me and understood the underlying issue. In two months I've made more progress with her guidance and recommended exercises than in 5 years, after just 4 visits. I'm working out regularly and healthier than I've been in a while. I cannot say enough good things about Melanie's approach. Go to Melanie if you want to get solutions and move on with your life. Go to traditional PT shops if you want to hang out with PT people every week forever. She doesn't accept insurance. But she does superbill. In my opinion it's well worth it.

At the age of 37 I was scared with something called a hemiplegic migraine, same characteristics of a stroke- unable to move one side of your body, numbness, and weakness. It was more than scary. Let's just say my life was way out of balance. History of headaches, manipulation under anesthesia ( sedated chiropractic adjustment ), and chronic pain. After my, what I feel was a call to action, I became serious about making sure I listened to my body... More than ever before! Dr Cynthia and Dr Philippe never gave me a "treatment plan," that said come in three times a week, do this and do that.. They shared their skills. Dr. Philippe is amazing at kinesiology and Dr. Cynthia is able to make my spine smile. Both have hands and hearts of angels! In short, I am aware of when I need to go visit them to get some balance assistance in the area of my physical body. Their hands, hearts, and physical adjustments allow me to be aware and hear the other areas that I need to visit.

Dr. Vaughan has turned my life around! As a 35 y/o mother of a toddler, i felt like i was trapped…read morein a 65 y/o body. My energy levels were at an all-time low, basically all of my bodily functions were irregular, and weight loss was virtually impossible. Over the last six months, we have cycled through supplements, performed an elimination diet and a few tests (blood, mold, stool) and found out that some things I was putting into my body every day were affecting me, and I had no idea. It was also discovered that I had mold, toxicity, SIBO, and a parasite in my gut that we are all contributing factors to how horrible I felt. Within a couple weeks of the diet and supplementation, the inflammation literally melted off of my face and I've been able to maintain 10 pounds of weight loss since I started without involving any exercise or further dietary changes aside from the elimination. Now, while I've been able to re-introduce many of the foods I cut out in the beginning, we were able to narrow it down to what specific items I was sensitive and/or allergic to. Today, while we are still tweaking and maintaining my supplementation, I feel like an entirely new person and my body is thanking me for it. Thank you, Dr. Vaughan for everything you do! I couldn't be here without you!
