The crew was fantastic--professional, friendly, and respectful of my property. They communicated with me every step of the way, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly, sending me photos of the work to assuage any concerns. It was clear that they take great pride in their work, and they left my yard in perfect condition, cleaning up meticulously after the job was done. One wrench in the project was that I had an invisible fence line that ran through multiple areas of excavation, and I knew there was no chance that line wasn't going to be cut. What really blew me away, was that Cristian went out and repaired the damage and the line works perfectly again; talk about above and beyond! A week later, the drainage system works perfectly, and my yard is shockingly dry considering the recent heavy rain. Yesterday, a crew parked their truck in a way that completely blocked access to our mailboxes in the cul-de-sac. When I politely and calmly asked them to move and simply park in the cul-de-sac itself (like every other work crew) so the approaching mail carrier could make their delivery, I was met with blatant rudeness. They refused to move, telling me the mail carrier (who they watched approaching) should just "get out and walk," despite their own truck being parked there for only minutes. Expecting a company to value its reputation, I called the phone number on the truck for expected assistance to resolve the issue. The woman who answered (Alisa) was equally dismissive and disinterested in addressing the behavior of their workers. Needless to say, because of their refusal to move, the mail carrier was forced to drive past our homes, resulting in no mail and the loss of an important expected delivery. It is disheartening to see a business operate with such blatant disregard for the community. If this is how they treat neighbors, homeowners and the public, I would have zero confidence in having them work on my property. A company is only as good as its representatives and both this crew and their office are clearly not interested in basic respect, consideration of others, or customer service. They state they're a "professional" company. Save yourself the headache and hire a real professional company that actually understands how to conduct themselves in a residential area. I had higher and lower quotes but the above items were only checked by Concrete Pros! Working with Chris and Jesus was amazing! Both guys came onsite spoke to me and listened to everything I wanted and added their own ideas to, when we made our decision to go with them they came back out and finalized spray painting the areas to show the size. Chris was the main point of contact he answered all my text messages in amazing time never did I have to wait hours or days for a response. Jesus was the mastermind on the job site paying great attention to detail to everything he did and making sure I was 100% satisfied through and through! Once we agreed on price and layout I wasn't in a rush and whenever they could get me in then it was fine. After signing off on the contract and the deposit Chris was able to submit the permit and within 2 weeks I was scheduled. The dates and times were awesome they were on time and completed my job within 3 days. Their crew was hardworking individuals that never stopped! There was no trash left behind and made sure our yard was as clean as possible, they laid boards down for their trucks to go on the grass also, no matter what the grass has turned yellow because of the extreme heat and lack of sprinklers because of the cement install which was expected.
