The kind and patient man running the show also did up my zipper for me after I struggled for like 20 minutes. They asked me exactly what I wanted and made sure the service I requested was clear..The material of the fancy jumpsuit I needed hemmed was complex and painstaking and the price was still really reasonable. Extremely organized and clean space. Air conditioning. Only issue is it's not accessible for anyone with disabilities--it's up a narrow flight of stairs on the second floor. While k was struggling with me zipper I heard folks come in and out to pick up clothes who were clearly delighted repeat customers. I'm sure I will be too.

I believe it was the owner, but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The price was also very reasonable! $60 for hemming a multi layered gown and taking in the shoulders (and he even pressed it for me as a complimentary service). Compare this to the $50 at Stitch It in the mall that I paid about 7 years ago, to hem a cheap polyester dress! This shop will now be my go-to in the area for alterations and dry cleaning.

Very nice lady running the store, but unfortunately for what I paid the quality of work wasn't…read moregreat. I came in with two dress pants to be hemmed on the bottom (as they were too long) and the inner part of the leg as there was a hole, this was all $25. I noticed the hemming on the bottom was the right length for both pants, but the hemming was not straight at all and was messy (saw other reviews say the same thing); there were even threads loose. I just washed the pants, and the whole stitching on one pant leg came out and the pant leg is no longer hemmed anymore. Now I need to get it fixed again. Overall, not the best work, but the lady is very kind and works hard.

However, they ruined my husbands shirt. I'm so upset after I realized that his Hugo Boss shirt is completely ruined by All Cleaners. Please beware with things you love or/and are expensive because this shirt was one of my favourites and now it's garbage. If the owner would refund us for the shirt, that would be a different story. I would consider the situation and update my review. But the owner did not care.
