Our plans were inadvertently accelerated when the original walk in shower developed a leak that started to leak through our living room ceiling. We contacted Tidewater Pro Build via their website on a Saturday and they had someone at our home on a Sunday morning to assess the damage! I was astonished at their response. They knew of the seriousness of the potential damages. Repairs started within days. They did a fabulous job on the repairs and remodel of the bathroom, making very wise recommendations for style and fixtures to consider along the way. The payment schedule was reasonable and there were no surprise charges when the project was finished. I did not hesitate to contact them a couple of years later when we had an outdoor project: erection of a gazebo and stairs going down to lake. Again, they made superb recommendations for design and the whole job was completed with exceptional professionalism and craftsmanship.
