The birthday boy ordered the "adult happy meal," a $50 deal with an entree and up to 5 cocktails. Our beverages arrived pretty quickly along with our apps. My alcoholic beverage took much longer, and my brother's sparkling water wasn't delivered until the meal was almost over!! When the birthday boy finished his first cocktail, he ordered another one. Sitting out on the patio might have been nice, but being in the tent meant "out of sight, out of mind" to the servers.
