For months, I made repeated phone calls, left multiple voicemails, and sent multiple emails, and I still could not get a timely response. From the start, I felt ignored and dismissed, and that set the tone for everything that followed. After I signed the lease, I expected things to improve, but they did not. I was given no notice that the garage would be paved, and I moved in with a U-Haul full of furniture only to find the garage closed, and the area congested with cars along the one-way. For weeks, I was stuck parking outside in the elements on a narrow street while still paying for two garage spots and expensive monthly parking fees on top of high rent. That was a frustrating way to start living somewhere that is supposed to be a luxury apartment community. On move-in day, my apartment was not even cleaned yet. The floors were dirty, and there was still leftover material from what appeared to be a previous tenant. I was forced to leave my furniture, clothes, and other belongings in the hallway until the apartment was cleaned. That was an unacceptable way to begin living there. I also personally dealt with the smoking policy not being enforced. I regularly smelled weed in the building, and there were times when the fire alarm went off late at night and in the early morning hours. In my experience, the alarms were not shut off until the fire department arrived. An email notice went out, but I did not see any real enforcement after that. I also found mold on the dryer when I moved in, which I had to clean myself, and that should not be something a resident has to handle in an expensive apartment. The walls were very thin, so walking and stomping from the apartment above could clearly be heard. Pet waste was also regularly found outside, and notices seemed to go out without much actual follow-through. The maintenance staff was the one positive part of my experience because they were quick and helpful. Other than that, I would not live here again. After moving out, I was transferred to a manager about my security deposit, but I still did not get a returned call or voicemail back. I never received clear communication about my deposit, and even now I am still being ignored.

The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the common areas are modern, welcoming, and very well maintained. The maintenance crew deserves special mention, as they have been consistently friendly, respectful, and quick to respond whenever we've needed assistance. We do have a few pending maintenance items, but the team has been working with us to address everything step by step. Overall, we appreciate the effort and communication so far. I'm hopeful everything will be resolved soon and look forward to updating this review with good news.

We also had multiple deliveries stolen, and neighbors that regularly smoked inside with no consequence. They also regularly scrub their reviews on Google and Yelp, so this review probably won't be here a year from now. Do yourself a favor and live elsewhere, it'll almost definitely be less expensive and less frustrating than this place.

Most everyone of the neighbors met thus far have been polite and friendly, some less so. Small dogs and Cats are welcomed. Initially this was a first choice for downsizing from a single family home, the photographs perhaps overstated how large and where the buildings were located on the site. Actually set behind what appears to be a form of nursing home on the far back of the property. Opened assigned parking, limited Guest Parking and an outdoor designated smoking area. Although the residents are supposed to be non-smoking within the buildings. Building "A" didn't seem to get the memo. Units are a bit inconsistent some with balconies and others without, parking spaces are not conforming to consistent sizes throughout. There really aren't a whole assortment of amusements here. A common room that remains un-used most of the time and although units have washer dryer hook-ups not all have the actual equipment inside you must supply your own unless you inherit someone else's left behind from a previous renter. I think i would have preferred a tour of the site which doesn't offer walking trails or any Amenities to speak of. It would have also been preferable to have some sort of welcome packet to learn about the area: Places of Worship, Transportation, Cuisine, Shopping, Entertainment, etc. Where do you register your dog or cat, license, voting registration??? ( I won't do free consulting here for their better Angels ). PS - Don't forget to get your rental insurance regardless...!

I researched places nearby and came across this lovely spot. Jessie (leasing agent) and Susan (manager) were life savers! They both went above and beyond to get me into a beautiful space. I can not thank them enough for the genuine hospitality I received. I felt so welcome since day one! It is very hard to find a good management team - let alone , a fabulous one - and this place nailed it for sure! The place is pet friendly- but you would never know. It always smells fresh and clean. The common areas are always well designed, pristine and very comfortable. When you walk in the building you get a great , chill vibe as well. The amenities are top notch! We got here less than a week before before the COVID shut downs so we didn't get to use the amenities like the pool, gym, BBQ area but it all looked nice. While the apartments are nice, I would say the construction of the cabinetry or the appliances aren't quite the best quality, it all looks nice and it all works which is the most important thing. I've lived in apartment complexes before and some of them bank on hitting you for fees especially at move-in and move-out. This is not the case. The staff from the maintenance people to the management are attentive and actually care. A case in point: we had a cat which is $50/month pet me. He was an old man and got sick. We had to put him to rest. We had already paid our rent and they had no problem crediting back the monthly pet fee and adjusting the rate. There is a package locker here but most of the time the Amazon workers don't care and dump the packages in the lobby of the building you're in. No amount of correspondence from the management here could ever possibly rectify that because the people delivering the packages don't get paid enough to care. As a result, some packages end up in weird places. On a couple occasions someone from the staff had actually brought over some things outside our door, which was much appreciated especially during the height of the COVID outbreak when we were limiting our entrance and exit through common areas. The one time I had to file a noise complaint it was handled immediately. This is the place where you're walking around and the maintenance staff will ask you how you're doing. Stop and ask to see if everything is all good and make sure nothing doesn't need to be fixed. We moved out because we found our perfect home. We didn't hold our breath thinking they could re-lease the unit but we were able to get off the last month and one week of rent owed because someone leased the unit we vacated. We had no issue getting the deposit back - minus the replacement cost for the blinds our toddler broke. We really liked the short distance to the ALDI and Stop And Shop and other places. Long and thorough review alert!…read more About Me (what type of renter am I): With my job I relocate every 3 months and for the past ~2 years I've had no desire to stay at the same place for longer than 3 months. The key things I look for in an apt is safe, clean, affordable (can you even say this in MA lol), free parking, and my own bathroom (typically live with roommates). Wellington Place: I moved here Mar 2020, to take over someone's lease that lost their job. It fit the bill of what I was looking for, in addition to being in walking distance (within 10 minute walk) of my top grocery stores: Aldi, Trader Joes, and Stop & Shop. Its approx 15 min walk to Assembly Row, 5 min drive to Target and Costco, and 5 min drive to Wegmans. Its by far the most convenient location I've lived in within the US. Its a quick drive to Boston about 15-20 min drive and about 20 min drive to Burlington where I frequent for work. Lastly, its about 5 min walk to Orange line Wellington T stop. If you have a car, parking is plentiful here, no long treks to the car :). Aside from location I loved that they have trash and recycling drop off on each floor; hence, you don't have to worry about stepping foot outside to throw away trash. I'm an avid recycler so I loved that they had this option available (my previous apt in Burlington didn't). The rooms are huge. I have my office inside of my bedroom and a queen size bed and I still have more space. I also have a good size walk-in closet. However, my roommate's room and walk-in closet is much bigger than mine (I'm sure she can fit in addition to a desk a small couch in her room). When it comes to cost, they are very affordable for the location. I try to keep a hard cap on living expenses (no more than 1,500 a mo. including utilities). Lastly the staff from the maintenance team to the leasing office are customer-centric. I had initially told them that I would be moving after 3 months once I moved in but I fell in love with the place. They provided concessions to ensure that I was a happy a customer. Maintenance staff are very responsive and do a good job of following up after they fix items to ensure it works. I honestly wish that these were condos instead of apt because I would definitely look into buying here. If you're looking for an A1 experience I highly suggest Wellington Place :).
