The procedure went smoothly, recovery was exactly as described, and the follow-up care was excellent. You can tell this is a well-run practice where people genuinely care about their patients. A few weeks later, they came back with a quote of $12,000 for the procedure, and I felt pretty pressured to move forward with treatment. Then to top it off, I was billed an additional $80 afterward because they said my insurance didn't cover the remaining portion, which was frustrating since I had already provided my insurance from the beginning. I ended up getting a second opinion elsewhere and had a much better experience overall. The service, transparency, and pricing were all significantly better. It was NOT 12k and I'm happy to have saved that money from Ueno! I'd recommend exploring other options before committing here.

Dr. Hoang's work is low quality: She didn't take the time to polish off of the silver marks my old filling left behind before putting on the new tooth-colored filling and her scan of my teeth resulted in a bite guard so poor fitting another dentist was afraid to adjust it because he thought it needed so much adjusting that it would break. Lastly, I had to see another dentist to adjust the filling because Dr. Hoang left the filling too high and without a proper bite adjustment. However, the most massive issue with Dr. Hoang is that I did not consent to any dental work without nitrous and she proceeded anyways including not one, not two but three numbing injections and the majority of the filling work without nitrous. The front desk staff, assistant and hygienists (sorry I don't know the difference) could not have been any kinder and more understanding of the situation. I am grateful for them.

In looking for a new dentist, I discovered Los Gatos Dental Care and Dr Tadros and Dr Tadros, a husband and wife team. When I made an appointment for a cleaning, they suggested that I download the customary forms for a new patient. The process was effortless and I walked into their very modern and clean facility. Dr Tadros checked my forms and I was ushered into a dental chair. Next came the X-rays and the doctor answered my questions and explained why I needed two dental implants. I received a through cleaning and Dr. Tadros found another cavity. We made an appointment for a week later and the doctor asked me to start taking antibiotics two days before the operation. My teeth which have been in my mouth for 78 years didn't want to cooperate, so, Dr. Tadros had a very difficult time removing the bottom one. The doctor prescribed Percocet and at 7PM, he called my home to see how I was doing. I think I made an excellent choice when I signed up for Los Gatos Dental Care.

Her focus on being gentle and as non-invasive as possible. Super easy to make an appointment. I called in and someone on the phone collected all the basic information. On the day of my appt I came in about 10 min before my appt and Maria at the front desk was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. She answered the few Qs I had, I completed my paperwork, and then waited in the lobby for a few mins. I don't remember the girl's name who took my xray but she was super friendly and gentle. I know those little things they put in your mouth is not comfortable but she made it quick and easy with the xray. Then Dr. Karen Ho appeared and went over my xrays and yay no cavities. I was super surprised she sat down and asked me about my concerns etc. Dr. Ho was super friendly and patient. I did not feel rushed and did not feel like just another random patient. She listened to my concerns and addressed them.
