Always consult Dr Sodeifi for an honest 2nd opinion before making your decision; otherwise you will be regret later in life. 2) If you saw a major crash that involved broken jaws or teeth, gums, send the patients to Dr Sodeifi, the ER will remove everything and Dr Sodeifi will try his best to restore all the broken pieces for you. 3) Dr Sodeifi provides seasoned, unbiased evaluation and help you record his analysis as a video, not many Doctors are allowed patients to do so. Not to mention his strong professional medical background/training. My short story below if you 're interested: I was sent to the Stanford ER after I smashed my teeth and gums by accident. The ER insisted to remove my broken gums and remaining loose teeth. I went to see Dr Sodeifi and other oral surgeons to seek a solution in early 2023, Among all the oral surgeons, Dr. Sodeifi's advice and service stood out. A bone grafting was scheduled. In the pre-surgery assessment, I mentioned to him that I had a double visioned issue at that time. Dr Sodeifi was concerned, he canceled the procedure and wrote a letter to my medical doctor. Later in 2023, I was diagnosed having a brain cancer. After several surgeries and multiple chemotherapies, my brain tumor has gone in 2024, I came back to Dr Sodeifi to fix my missing teeth and gums issue. In the re-evaluation session, he thoroughly exam me and took into my overall health into consideration. He suggested me to take different approach because 10 years from now, I may need to fix the problem again. I was referred to this location by my sons doctor whom we love and have gone to since my son was 3 son is currently 17 years old. I called this office because my sons doctor I'm Campbell highly referred us to this location but unfortunately the lady that answered the phone was somewhat rude, not pleasant to speak to, and seemed bothered by my questions. I'll be taking my business somewhere else and $199 for a consultation is not OK in my books. My son went to Dr. Phelps & Cohen for a year having consultations done every six months to make sure it was the right timing for him to have ortho Donics work done in his mouth and not once were we charged a consultation fee. I've heard many great things about Dr. Sodeifi. I am extremely glad that I had him as my oral surgeon. Here is a little background. I had a severe case of teeth crowding; underbite, horizontal impacted wisdom teeth, and on top of it, a random tooth growing under my gum (not a primary/ baby tooth, and it's not visible from the outside)- I pretty much had it all. Those problematic teeth were all located so closely with my sinuses and major nerves as well. I was concerned before I met him for my first consultation. However, I was worried for nothing! I did extraction surgery on all of my 4 wisdom teeth here. Dr.Sodeifi is super professional and helpful! He explained the whole process in every detail in my first appointment for consultation. The surgery took around 45 mins, and I did not feel any pain during the process after anesthesia. Update: Dr Sodeifi got back to me seemed genuinely interested in improving customer service at his office. He was able to resolve the issues I had previously in a big way. Original: I have mixed impressions after visiting Dr Sodeifi office. I'm actually quite pleased with Dr Sodeifi work as he is very knowledgeable and explained me my condition in great details. However I had a terrible experience with his billing staff. First of all, no one explained me that they are out of network with my insurance provider. Not knowing that led to a painful learning experience for me. I was in the need of urgent procedure and they asked me to prepay a bill of several thousand dollars which I was told will be refunded once my insurance will pay them. Therefore I put it on my credit card. Well, as it turns out, insurance would pay only about 30% so I'm still several thousands out of pocket. I asked them if they could give me some kind of discount given that I'm now out of pocket so much and I was told they will get back to me regarding that but of course no one did. I got partial refund check only several month later and it took multiple calls/visits to get it. I still didn't receive refund for what medical insurance provided payed them for their claim. read more

I was sent to Doctor Sodeifi from Smiles Dental office when they had problem removing a wisdom tooth. I was scene to as soon as I got there. I was in a lot of pain with a wisdom tooth half removed. He took care of me as soon as he entered the room. He explained to me what he was about to do. It went very fast and I had to receive stitch's . Later that day I had to call him on his personal line because I could not get the bleeding to stop. He told me what to do and that if it did not stop he would come back to his office and see me that night. After his detail instruction I was able to stop the bleeding. He called me several hours later to find out how I was doing. It is very clear that he is very professional and I am so impressed with his attention to every phase of care. Wow! I am so happy that my dentist referred me to Dr. Sodeifi. First of all, you can tell that he is passionate about what he does. He is such a happy person and his happiness made it hard for me to be as terrified as I was through my consultation. I had a terrible infection in my wisdom tooth and was terrified to come in to have it checked, but Dr. Sodeifi saw me on super short notice, cleaned the infection, prescribed antibiotics and then we set an appointment for last Friday to extract the two bottom teeth. All I can say is WOW! I had an excellent experience with everyone, the front office staff, the nurses, and most of all Dr. Sodeifi. I was super nervous about the anesthesia, but I truly felt like the surgery lasted 5 min! I have been very sore and have had lots of swelling, but that's to be expected. The healing process is definitely much harder than the surgery! I am just so thankful and happy that my dentist referred me to such a caring and nice surgeon. He even called me on Saturday to ask how I was feeling and to answer any questions that I had. I am so grateful to Dr. Sodeifi that my infection is all gone (and so are those problematic teeth!) I cannot stress the "amazing" experience we had with Dr. Sodefi and his entire staff! I will be totally honest--both of my sons required oral surgery after getting their braces off (Frenectomy) and I was not thrilled at the prospect of managing two groggy, suffering teen/preteen boys who were not happy to start their summer with mouth stitches. However, everyone in the office was so kind and helpful at the consultation that we were very relaxed by the time surgery day rolled around.
