I scheduled a tow 5 hours in advance after my car broke down, and I even arranged an Uber to get to work, trusting they'd keep their word. After two exhausting 12-hour shifts at a hospital, I showed up at the scheduled time only to find that no one was coming. No one even bothered to notify me of the delay, leaving me stranded at my broken-down car with no support and an additional 2-hour wait. This lack of communication and disregard for my time is unprofessional and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values reliability or courtesy. They've completely wasted my time and shown zero respect for my situation. **Edit** I just want to add that according to the company, they have a very bad flow of communication towards their team. Their lack of proper communication and planning leads to unprofessional service. I am pleased that I now must wait an additional 1 1/2 to 2 hours minimum for my service with only $25 off my $106 total fee, not including the $70 of Uber charges. It was that or Uber again home and try another time. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor my friends unless you want unprofessional service and lack of proper communication towards the dispatcher-drived and driver-manager. I should not have to message the driver and not hear anything back 5 mins before my scheduled tow. I still would like to personally apologize to the dispatcher who is very supportive and trying to understand my situation and help but in the end I will be a "Karen" right here and say this is still unprofessional especially with everything's that has come out of this situation. Terrible experience. Went to the tow yard to sign release paperwork, Diane was on her phone taking…read morea personal call in which the person on speaker said "I didn't realize you were at work and busy" to which Diane replied "don't worry about it, its just customers in the shop." Which normally would not be a problem, but after inquiring about how to fill out a portion of the paperwork and then handing it back to her in which she said "you filled this out wrong"...I just asked her how to fill it out and her response was "sorry I was not paying attention." My car ended up not being towed to the collision center that day even after calling multiple times to inquire that things were set up appropriately. The following day after calling and inquiring why my car was not towed, Diane states that she "forgot to fill the paperwork." Now, because of her ineptitude and carelessness, instead of having my car towed and evaluated on a Thursday, it had to wait until Wednesday due to the holiday weekend. I called to discuss this with the manger Ken, who promised he would personally tow my car Monday on the holiday if it wasn't done; it wasn't We touched base on Monday he asked if we could tow it Tuesday morning so it wasn't sitting unattended at the collision center. I said no problem, that seems reasonable and safer, but only if we are sure it will get towed Tuesday morning to get it evaluated (throughout this time I am still without a car, paying to uber to work). Tuesday comes, it has not been towed, I call the office to touch base with Ken at his request, he is not available and instead I am directed to another office member who is incredibly rude and inpatient; I am calling from an ER where I work, in the middle of my day, to ensure that are doing doing their job on promises they made and to be met with constant rudeness was unbelievable. Ultimately my car was not towed during the morning Tuesday, and still sat unattended at the collision center regardless, 6 days after original incident. Update Wednesday: the car has still not been towed.
