For starters, the inside of the store is beautiful and clean, with a huge selection of luxury bath and kitchen appliances to admire. I was warmly greeted by Sheila, who was extremely kind and helpful. I briefly explained the exploding shower head tragedy, and after a quick look in the back, she retrieved a beautiful shower head. At first glance, it seemed a little outside my budget. After expressing my concerns, Sheila gave me a more than generous offer without hesitation. I'm truly grateful for the experience I had today. My husband is an amazing finish carpenter and we spent a great deal of time and money designing and remodeling our home. To our dismay this person failed to keep the tile level or straight. I knew I had to replace him before he damaged more tile. It was very uncomfortable but I knew that this was no job for anyone but a professional tile contractor and nothing less. I was upset but did the right thing by finding someone else right away. I found Earth Stone on Yelp as he was local and Doron had the highest ratings of any tile contractor in the area. I checked out his website and wad pleased to see he was licensed and had an organized and professional website. After working with Doran I can honestly say that the 5 star reviews are right on track. He came the same day gave me a detailed and reasonable quote. Within a couple of days he and his workers made my husband and myself feel completely at ease. We knew after the first day what good work they were doing. I'm a Production Designer for national commercials and television. I am one of the pickiest people you could meet when it comes to good craftsmanship. I am very protective of the work done on my home. Trust me when you build hundreds of sets, props, and work for very tough clients you demand nothing short of amazing work from those you hire. Did I also mention I am 9 months pregnant and extremely irritable and not very patient at the moment. So that should tell anyone that Doron really is fantastic. It was an absolute pleasure to have Earth Stone, Inc. redo my Master bathroom and the results are stunning. We asked Earth Stone, Inc to replace the tile in our shower and ultimately decided to replace the counter and the floor as well. The price was fair and reasonable, especially given my expectations. Doron guided us by providing places to find the tile we wanted, offered suggestions on how it could be laid out and installed. He helped me pick the right colors and grout and his team did a flawless job of installing it. They are true quality craftsmen and took the time and effort to ensure it was absolutely perfect. Doron guided and steered me every step of the process but never in a heavy handed way. When I had a strong opinion or wanted something particular he took that in consideration but he always had something to offer or consider to help me make the right choices for the bathroom. His aesthetic instincts are spot on and he has a talent and eye for what would look good together. He offered advice to make the transitions of the tile seamless. Oscar and Raul were both conscientious and hard working. They always were at the project first thing in the morning, exactly on time and cleaned up everything at the end of the day to make it easy on me. It was the first time I've ever had a project finish early and the results are stunning. Whenever there was a handoff from tiling to slab work or plumbing that needed to happen, Doron was always there, checking in to ensure things run smoothly. In every project I always had at least one thing that could have been handled better or wasn't quite what I wanted but not with Doron. There isn't a single thing that could have been better or wasn't exactly what I wanted or hoped. I literally have no constructive criticism for him or his team. I met with Rachel who was very knowledgeable and offered many great ideas. When the doors were delivered, I was unable to check for imperfections as they could not be installed immediately. After the doors were installed, I noticed several imperfections in the mirrors in both doors. The cut out for the hinges were slightly off from each other as well. I contacted Rachel to see if the mirrors could be replaced or what could be done. I did not bring up the issue with the hinges as I felt I could live with them. She responded by saying that she thought the mirrors could be replaced, but would need to check with her vendor and let me know. A month passed and I did not receive any type of response. I sent a follow up message, but have not heard back either. It has been 2 months since I have heard from her. At this point, I have to assume she is no longer interested in assisting me with my issue. As I write this review, I am debating whether I should contact the BBB and make a formal complaint. Although I feel (for the most part) All Trim Doors & Windows offers a quality product, I would recommend them with reservations.

I was equally impressed but more so by my conversation with Moe who listened carefully to our criteria, looked at my "before" pictures then suggested we schedule a free, in home consultation. During that consult he took measurements, made suggestions to create more counter and cabinet space in our 57-square foot kitchen plus budget friendly improvements to the existing bath with just a new vanity and toilet. We returned to Our Kitchen And Bath to select cabinetry, sinks, and faucets. Moe showed us various countertops but advised to make a final decision once the cabinets were installed. Less than a week later he returned a quote meeting our budget requirements and a scheduled start date for first week of February. We had already sourced paint, appliances and lighting, although Moe would have done this for us. We signed the contract and made a deposit with the knowledge that additional charges might arise and they did. We had planned on another company to do the flooring but when we realized appliances would have to be moved twice, it just made sense to let Our Kitchen And Bath do the work. On schedule, demolition/construction began. Thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail, the amount of daily progress, how at the end of the day the crew cleaned up and we always knew what would be done and what time work would begin the following day. Our remodel was completed within one month. We LOVE it! Weird but we're going to miss the construction dust, the minor inconveniences because the entire process, the transformation was actually fun all due to Moe's designer eye, methodical approach, upbeat attitude (nothing was ever a problem) and his highly skilled sub contractor crews.

I even had a contractor agree to a price, but then backed out of the deal. Moe was the only contractor that suggested keeping our tile back splash, and assured us that his demolition people could preserve it. Everyone else told us that they had to demolish the back splash, as well as the counters. Keeping the back splash saved us at least a couple thousand. Moe had other cost-saving suggestions, and suggestions on how to make the job look better. He has an incredible knowledge of the business and materials, as well as an artful eye. He listens carefully to our thoughts and preferences, before formulating options. Even though we couldn't afford to do the bathroom counters, this year, he was willing to give us his advice, and some ballpark figures. He can supply the sink and fixtures, but lets us supply our own, if we can find what we want at a better price. He removed our old tile countertops, had a seamless Caesarstone counter fabricated and installed, installed a new sink, disposal, fixtures, range hood, and range back splash. Everything except the range back splash was done within 5 days, and we were up and running normally by the end of the week. The finished work is beautiful. The subcontractors that he uses are very skillful, and fast. He arranged for some floor work, and the floor guy did an excellent job, as well. He follows up to make sure that we are satisfied. We will most likely hire him to do our bathrooms, next year.
