Our project was a big project, to us at least. We bought a duplex and took it down to the bones and made it into a single family house in LA. We have heard horror stories of our friends remodel stories and did not want to fall into that trap; as a result we interviewed 11 contractors/companies for our project. The estimates were all over the place! Enter All install - Alex was very through with his questions, he saw our plans (My wife's friend is an Architect, so we had rough plans) made recommendations and challenged us on the flow. We were impressed that he was thinking for us and putting his experience to guide us. e was # 5th contractor at the time we spoke to 6 more and none of them made recommendations that Alex made. After a couple of Months of deliberation over our sketches and re-meeting some contractors, we felt confident Alex/All Install was the one! We signed the contract with him. Alex was very punctual and courteous all in all Alex is AWSOME, his knowledge & demeanor is very professional and patient. He takes the time to fully understand the issues and pain points that as a new homeowner helps quite a bit. The Construction lasted 8 Months and everything was on schedule. There were times when things were a bit behind, but mostly because we had made changes to the original design, or had a better idea as we saw the design come to life. We have attached a few ics for you to see before and after. Complete teardown of the duplex and now we have: - 3 Bedrooms - 3 Bathrooms - Kitchen - Laundry Room - Dining area - Living room - Study - Front and back yard. Fast Forward - 1 year later - We had called alex with some minor issues, he came himself to see and told us that he will take care of it, and it was all covered under All Install warranty!! Did not upsell or charge us a dime. That is a true professional! We had a great, on-time, on-budget house project!!! For our next real estate remodel/construction needs we can't think of anyone except Alex. Period. See the pics, the proof is in there of his work.

(Check out the before and after shots below) I can't say enough amazing and great things about Alex at All Install. He is the best Contractor that I have ever come across. Honest, hard working, dependable, thorough, detail oriented, kind, friendly, clean cut. That covers the basics. His company was such a great discovery for us. We purchase a home in September and decided to renovate the entire house except for two of the three bathrooms. It was a BIG job. Alex came out to our house for a FREE walkthrough of our home and listened intently to all of our crazy ideas and plans. He was so considerate and enthusiastic, which REALLY made us feel comfortable as we were total newbies with this being the first home that we had ever purchased. Alex spent about 2 hours with us. It was amazing. A few days later he gave us the estimate for basically redoing the entire house and lets just say it was WAY, WAY less than the other two estimates we got! We thought it was too good to be true!! It wasn't! Alex came through for us in every way! He even hung the TV's on the walls for us at no extra fee. He said it was his "House warming gift to us" We ended up using Alex and the great guys at All Install and the work got started immediately. The guys were consistent and never missed a day of work. We were never left wondering where are these guys or any of those horror stories that you hear about Contractors in Los Angeles. We did A LOT of work to our home. We basically had Alex Renovate (and help Design at no additional fee) the entire home. It was a BIG job. We couldn't be happier with the final result. If you need a contractor and you want a solid, dependable and extremely capable guy, do yourself a favor and call Alex at All Install. After you meet him I know that he will be your choice as he was for us. It will be the first and best decision you will make in your home perfect!

We hired him because he was 30/hr, so I guess that's all that needs to be said. First off, his electrician is a Mexican guy who doesn't speak English, until you dont like his work, and then he understands English perfectly. We asked him to fix our ceiling fan, so he ran the wire OUTSIDE the wall in a silver enclosure, the ones that are supposed to go INSIDE the wall. This was just right out in the open in the living room like it was an industrial warehouse. No only is this unsafe, but who does this? Second, we had him install an water filtration system. After three weeks of back and forth for parts, etc, it was finished. Going downstairs today to add an ice maker line, the pipes he installed MOVE. When I tried to unscrew one bolt, the WHOLE PIPE MOVED. Plumbing should be secure, its not a moving part. Coming from an HVAC family, I understand this. Jason is a nice guy and all, but he's not a good handyman or plumber. He cuts corners whether for his own savings or his ignorance. Rosie is a very upfront and transparent person, and that's what made me and my parents feel totally comfortable with them. As a result, my parents were able to totally upgrade the new kitchen because Rosie and Pat were able to get the high-quality materials at a discount, and passed the savings on to us! I had to do a lot of the translating for my parents and come up with the new plans, so I really appreciated Rosie's resoursefullness and patience with our sloooow decision-making process, LOL. We just completed the renovations/addition, so I will post the photos as soon as go down there and take them, but I will definitely use Modaa Inc for all my rental properties throughout LA County.
