I was quoted 1.5 hours but it only took about an hour which wasn't bad considering it was mid day and no appointment and they looked very busy. There is plenty of space in the a/c waiting area with TVs and I noticed lots of police vehicles getting service there. My only recommendations would be to get an ATM in there facility and maybe a vending machine and courtesy coffee? I will be coming back here for all my vehicle needs. Oh and while I was standing there I heard the mechanic tell someone they didn't need an expensive service. They'll need it but not for a while. So that shows me they are honest people. We brought in a Nissan Pathfinder (a GSA fleet vehicle) because the tires were slowly losing air. The driver had already found the leaks, and the tires were basically new. A simple patch was all that was needed. He clearly told the staff, with the help of a translation, that he wanted the tires patched, not replaced. Even after being told the tires did not need to be replaced, they went ahead and submitted the work as a full tire replacement through the GSA system. To me, that feels dishonest and like they were trying to take advantage of the fact that it was a government vehicle. And if they're willing to do that to a government vehicle, I don't see why they wouldn't do the same thing to anyone else. If you come here, I'd strongly recommend double-checking any "needed" repairs and making sure the work they suggest actually makes sense before you agree to it.
