They have a 1 week policy if there is any issues. I went back to have the patches sewn on straight and have an additional patch sewn on. They did not use the spacing I asked for, there was colored thread coming out of each patch. Patches were crooked again and they missed a whole side of a patch. I'm all for supporting local business, but if I'm gonna get crooked patches, I might as well pay myself to do it.

I live in my work loafers and they were coming apart at the toe all the way to the arch, and were also in desperate need of new insoles. Since they were nicely broken in after 2 years of constant wear, I took them to Carson Shoe Repair, and within the week they were seemingly brand new. George, the owner, did a great job! My loafers look and feel incredible. With the repair and insole replacement, (which was much better than buying a Dr. Scholl from a big box store), I did spend a couple nice pennies, but I felt it was totally worth it. Both pairs of shoes have been holding up nicely. I loved that George even shined and cleaned them up. Hopefully, the repair will last me another 2 years, especially in today's economy. These are important items and I don't trust any of the local dry cleaners. I dropped the items off before my trip to Mexico and I received a text less than 24 hours later. The quality of the cleaning was amazing. These items had been part of a traveling historical display and had become dirty and quite frankly, I thought one was a lost cause. All items were spotless and I am extremely pleased. The price for cleaning was extremely fair and given up front so there were no surprises at pick up time.
