This is the closest location for citibank when I am out in the suburbs and I can honestly say that I do not look forward to going to this location. First of all, the bank is situated right at the feeder enterance to walmart so there is heavy traffic. It is difficult getting out of this location due to the flow of traffic. Also when you are in the bank, there is long long long lines. They try to circumvent this by having you hand off your bill payment to the front desk. Not BMO.They let it run out and leave you stranded. Now I have to go and get in line to see a teller. Only to be told I have to get in another line to see a banker. A total of about an hour. On my Only day off. I end up with Erica who is completely unapologetic. Who also put someone else ahead of me in line because they only spoke Spanish. What a horrible racist bank.
