I emailed the bank president (Jordan Carpenter) and he stated "Unfortunately we are unable to monitor every account we have in our system for balances and closures which is why much of the system is automated. We have 18 locations and tens of thousands of accounts. " TERRIBLE customer service to business clients.

I feel stuck its a pain to switch banks and I spend the extra money to mail my deposits to another branch since this one is so awful but if I have cash I take it to this branch since it's closest to my home. Also check your deposit slips I have made deposits in cash and they didn't put the coins in... When I complained they put it back on me... The manager of the branch never once apologized and only repeated many times that it would have been caught.... But I had to call into correct this????

I think their technology is not as advanced as the "big banks" but they definitely have the "small town" banking feel down to a science. When you walk in you get a smile and a chat, you can deposit at the drive thru or in person (I don't use the ATM at all) and you get great service. BMO Harris Bank does not care about its customer's money. They will not protect your money like the…read moreare expected to, even from your personal account much less a business account. Back in December 2019 I had $450 taken from my account and they refuse to investigate properly. They cant even get the right paper worked filled out correctly between two banks. The investigations part of the bank will not communicate with you. The bank manager Matt will not return a phone call. They have been provided all the paperwork and evidence by me yet three months later there is still no resolution. My best hope is filing with the FDIC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Hopefully they can get BMO Harris to fight for their customers money. Save yourself the headaches and bank elsewhere.
