But if any is bent, I dont want it bent back, because once metal is bent it is never the same. I told the man this and that I am a blacksmith, and he said that I was correct, but he has worked on cars for 30-40+ years. I stayed respectful, but decided to pull my car out of their lot. All they want is my money, not my safety. Terrible service, find a different mechanic, all they care for is money.

Sadly, the shop uses appointments like doctors. Where appointments are for patients, but not for the attending physician. So, I waited a couple of days to get the appointment, and had the truck towed in before the specified time. They never called me, I called them, ONLY to be informed, they never got to my vehicle and it would be the next business day it would be looked at. The shop was closed for the weekend, ugh! I waited until later the Monday afternoon, still no call from them. So, I called again. And, got informed they couldn't look at my vehicle until Tuesday because they were short handed. I finally got a call on Tuesday the truck was ready. When I asked about getting a discount due to the truck languishing in their shop for 2 days, (plus the weekend they were not open). They got really pissy with me about me being irritated due to not getting my truck back "sooner". I was charged the full price. No apologies, MY RECOMMENDATION, IS TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I took it to Classic Collision and the only part they had problem with was an airbag sensor which was on back order. I got the car back on time, which they detailed, clean it, and looks like nothing ever happened. Hopefully I won't need to return but my previous cars were declared totaled after they inspected them and this was the first repair I had and 110% will go here again if another mishap happens.
