I never okayed this and wanted what I had set up in the first place. I wrote a letter last summer to Groome due to my concern that my privacy had been leaked out and someone was allowed to change my reservation. There was no response to the letter. I called them two weeks in advance, we agreed on the date, time and pick-up location, but 10 min. to pick-up time they tell me their driver hit a deer and there's no back-up plan. You know, they should've thought of a better lie, instead, and even had the nerve to suggest rescheduling the ride on a different date when I was supposed to get to the airport on that day. I will certainly file a complaint with every police station on a 500-mile radius, city halls, transportation boards, travel agencies and even the IRS to check'em up thoroughly, as I bet their finances aren't legit either, and make sure no one else in this country or broad will ever do business with them again. It's dangerous to have such bast"e"rds operate near colleges & universities having a significant number of foreign staff, students and visitors.
