Instead of addressing concerns professionally or taking accountability, the owner's replies come across as rude, defensive, and borderline hostile. Customers are talked down to, blamed, or dismissed for their experiences. As someone who reads reviews before returning to a restaurant, seeing an owner respond this way is extremely off-putting and makes it clear that customer feedback is not valued here. Between the poor food quality, disorganized service, and the owner's unprofessional behavior online, we will not be coming back.

They are wheelchair accessible and they are open even when it rains. If you want to pick up a gift, they have works from various local artists and great woodcraft items, also from a local artisan. Party Time Bakery uses stout and durable tableware and real stainless steel "silverware". What they lack in ambiance, they more than make up for in a special level of "service".

Takes a few minutes to get you drinks here because the same barista making the drinks is also the one taking and cashing out orders. My experience here would've been a decent one if it wasn't for their faulty cups. I always hold my cups the same way as I'm getting into the car but for some reason this particular cup and/or lid was faulty. The lid popped off as the cup was hovering over my lap and spilled hot coffee all over my shorts, seat and vehicle. Luckily I got out of the car immediately and didn't get burned. It was inconvenient having to go back in to get a big stack of napkins to attempt to dry off my clothes and car enough so that it wouldn't be dripping wet.
