    Cheeseburger/twisted fries/dr pepper.

I know I came to a halibut place and ordered a cheeseburger, but this burger was the best I've had in Juneau. Cooked perfectly and I upgraded to the twisted fries. So great Fresh ingredients, great bun. Everything was perfect. $1 for a can of Dr Pepper. Cheers This is my go to place for a burger. Yummy. Oh. Did I mention it was very well priced.

Great little stop with a huge menu. We rallied up to get a couple hot dogs because their sign caught our eye while driving by. They have burgers, seafood, and of course hot dogs. Lots of extra toppings lots of flavors. I'll go back.

My coworker and I decided to enjoy the beautiful weather in Juneau today. The temperature was 79 degrees. We decided to check out The Wild Alaskan. We both decided to have the halibut Baha Mexican corn taco with spicy aioli and cabbage mix and salsa served with fresh lime. When you squeeze that fresh lime over the fish tacos it opens up pandora's box of flavor. The tacos were delicious and I will have to return for the halibut sliders and their very weird shape fries. When you visit Juneau, Alaska you must visit the food trucks they will give you the best taste of Alaska. To my Yelpers let's continue to eat our way through the world one day at a time. #Foodie4life.

Fantastic little food truck that serves crabcake, sliders and fries among other things. The sliders are fantastic and the fries are exceptionally good. Great customer service with great food, highly recommend it.

Since the re opening it has improved a lot. This is easily the best burger in Juneau right now and very juicy. If you're visiting then get one of everything while you can! The sliders are great with a mild spice that fits almost everyone's taste. The tacos are great with a lime slice. The staff is always nice. You can look them up on Facebook and pay for your order there then pick it up.

The Wild Alaskan food truck, located in a parking lot next to the Alaskan Brewery, near Costco should be doing business slot better than it is, but COVID-19 is taking it's toll. Their Halibut and Chips is currently the best in Juneau. There's a couple of picnic tables to eat outside, or take your food order to dine at the brewery, or take away.

This is for sure a Juneau 5 star!! The wind is blowing like Momma Earth is pissed (she should be) and it's cold and snowraining. Ain't nobody trying to go outside right now. So I decided to order delivery. Trying to find something somewhat healthy so I tried this place out again. I ordered the Wild King Salmon. Listen it says it comes with rice and asparagus. I didn't get that. I got zucchini (it's winter in Alaska and we are in Juneau ok. ) and instead of rice I got this mind blowing delicious, strange, yet amazing version of some coon ass Cajun fried rice. This stuff is off the chain!! Soft but crispy onions, carrots, celery combined with well seasoned cajun fried rice. I don't even eat rice. In fact I was gonna tell them I didn't want rice, but I'm so thankful I forgot. Because this rice, well this rice is worth all those extra carbs that I'm gonna see on the scale!! Seriously though, cajun fried rice is a thing and it's good!! The Salmon was cooked perfect. It wasn't a very big portion but hey its Juneau. I ordered to have bearnaise on top but they put it in a container on the side and I'm actually really happy they didn't smother this amazing dish in bearnaise like I originally requested. I put the sauce on the side and have been scooping a bit with every bite. It adds a nice flavor. Oh and dessert!!! I got me an order of strawberry shortcake and man the Chef did that up too!! Almost like I made it at home. Nice plump berries, homeade glaze that wasn't too sweet and was definitely not some shit outta a can. And I'm pretty sure homeade whip to boot!! Very subtle yet delicious and HUGE. Like ima be eating strawberry shortcake for the next 4 days while I'm in Juneua. Which I'm allright with. Haha oh yeah and they deliver!!! Not to many places to eat here in Juneau that can compare. Nice job Alaskan Grill!!

    Soooo good. Perfection all around.

YUM. This was the best fish and chips I've ever had - EVER. Halibut is my favorite fish and that is exactly what this fish n chips is made of. It's pretty much what you expect from the photos - it's a small food truck/cart in Juneau in the middle of the main shopping district beside a few other similar food-truck options. They had a big bag of fresh, non-frozen bc it was same day, Halibut sitting out and I knew this is what I was going to get. I ordered two large pieces and sat while they prepared it fresh. The fires were delicious and perfectly cooked and that fresh halibut was perfect. It was so good. The breading and seasoning were so delicious. The fresh tartar sauce was a nice touch but honestly, it's so good, it doesn't really need anything on top of it. They have a few picnic tables with covering to protect from sun/rain where you can enjoy your goodies and have napkins and vinegar in ample supply. Very friendly and prompt food service. I'm not kidding - I wish I could eat these fish n chips at least once a week for the rest of my life. I feel like I've been ruined. If you are nearby - you must try these. I promise you will not regret it.

So mediocre. The fish n chips were overcioked, dry, greasy, and left a HORRIBLE taste in our mouths. Too expensive and rarely open.

"CRAB HEAVEN ON EARTH MIGHTY GOD"…read more This is every crab lover's dream. I was anticipating this place from the moment we arrived @ 8:00am wanting to skip breakfast and just eat crabs. Anybody who takes the ALASKA cruise always know you have to stop at Tracy's to experience the huge crab legs. The moment we got off of the boat at the boat, we caught a shuttle which dropped us off. We completed some souvenir shopping and next stop was TRACY's. We noticed the line at Tracy's #1 but we were informed of ALL YOU CAN EAT CRABS @ TRACY'S #2. It was a pretty distance walking but we decided to start and begin hiking. I saw a bicycle tour guide and asked if he could give me a tour on the way to TRACY's while the rest of the crew walked. We arrived at TRACY's # 2 and it was a nice short line. We hurry up and jumped in the line and ready to explore these HUGE CRABS. The back yard party was very unique and well kept. It looked your own huge backyard. As you walk into the garden area the bathrooms are to the left and to the right is the line which orders are taking at a small cottage house. Then the next stop is the beer hut, then the last hut is where magic is made with CRABS. In between the Order house and the Beer house there is a unique wide open wash hand station with foot pedal. Then to add richness to it, there is MEYERS GOOD SOAP, nothing cheap. (THANK YOU TRACY FOR KEEPING OUR HANDS SMELLING GOOD). The last house is where the MAGIC happens, The crabs are cooked and sorted. One unique touch is how they call your name according to your city and name. We got the combo- crab bisque, Alaskan red crab legs, crab cake and butter/bread rolls for $98. An amazing deal compared to many other crab places, and the food did not disappoint. The crab had TONS of meat and was so delicious my mouth is still watering!

We looked around and decided onTwisted Fish Company, what a find. We got a table for eight after a brief wait. Our lovely waitress explained the menu items. We added another couple in the middle of dinner and the staff took it in-stride and delivered those dishes quickly without complaint. Other diners we talked to raved about the halibut. I was lucky enough to have Alaskan king crab legs last year when I traveled Alaska by land so that was not on my must eat this year. King salmon that I fell in love with last year was though, so when I saw Twisted Fish had it and some of their fishes were accompanied by local rhubarb and blueberry chutney, I was sold as I am all about eating local. Unfortunately, grilling the king salmon dried it out so it did not have that beautiful buttery texture that makes King salmon special. Sadly I felt the king salmon I roasted at home was closer to what I had in Anchorage last year than this one. Even though the twisted fish plate only had Taku Salmon, I found the halibut in that one was much better and wish I went with a full order of halibut instead, especially since that came with the local rhubarb and blueberry chutney.

The restaurant was crowded and loud, which I understand can happen in a popular tourist spot, but the staff seemed completely overwhelmed and uninterested in helping customers. What bothered me most was the service from our waitress, Summer. In my experience, she came across as disrespectful and dismissive the entire time we were there. Simple questions about the menu felt like an inconvenience to her, and the attitude we received made the whole meal uncomfortable. We were rushed while ordering, had long waits for drinks and food, and when we tried to politely ask about the delay, the response felt rude instead of helpful. The food itself was average at best and definitely not worth the prices. Some items arrived lukewarm, and parts of our order were incorrect. By the time everything was fixed, the rest of the table had already finished eating. The atmosphere may appeal to tourists looking for the "old saloon" vibe, but customer service should still matter no matter how busy a place is. Overall, this was one of the least enjoyable dining experiences I've had in Alaska. Between the poor service, long waits, and disrespectful attitude we experienced from Summer, I wouldn't choose to come back or recommend it to others. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future because the location and concept have a lot of potential.
