They are just repacked from the original package at the full price without shown expiration date. Not mention about stuff in the freezers, without expiration date, you imagine how long those would stay in the store. One time, I explored things in the freezers, some of them expired since 2022.

Did you know there is a whole world of shrooms besides the white button, portobello or shiitake? I brought home a fresh gorgeous cluster of oyster mushrooms. But before leaving Union City Farm I had a bunch of questions for Patrick such as, "How do I cook these beautiful mushrooms?" Patrick was absolutely awesome and explained how to cook them. I then had questions about his mushroom farm. He walked through the process of growing his mushrooms from start to finish. I learned so much about mushrooms during my brief visit. It was awesome! Yes, I went straight home and cooked the oyster mushrooms exactly as Patrick instructed and they were delicious! I can't wait to go back to try the lion's mane.
