I don't think many people come to this Aldi, but it's really clean. Shelves are stocked well. Too bad there is only one person checking out at the registers though. I think the prices here are lower than those in the Orange County area. I went to the one in Buena Park earlier in the day and noticed a difference in pricing.

Great price on clementine bag $1.99 and $0.29/lime!

If you like Trader Joe's you should theoretically like Aldi! I've been shopping at Aldi grocery stores for years when I lived in Miami and in NYC, and I absolutely love this chain. They have a tremendous variety of products (almost all their own brands just like TJ's) and they are consistently very good quality and I also love the less is more mentality they espouse. What do I mean by this? To keep the cost of products significantly lower than other chains, they minimize certain things including aesthetic appeal, staff, and generally keep seasonal produce in stock and rotate certain items based on the season and demand (don't be surprised if you go back for something a month later and they don't carry it - the rule of thumb, if you loved it, stock up on it!). You will notice few cashiers at all their locations. Usually there is a store manager (who is working in the back or stocking) and a cashier who rings people up, does returns, and does other things late night when there are few shoppers in the store. With one register open how can they possibly keep checkout lines short, you may ask. Well, the answer is simple...they are extremely efficient and ring you up very quickly. Minimal small talk and they do not bag for you! Seems weird at first, but just move your cart over to the side loading area at the front of the store and pack up your own bags. It's really not bad - especially with the savings this store offers! Bring in your bags or pay ten cents or so for their large reusable bags which I always keep in my car. Speaking of cart, make sure you bring a quarter so that you can use a cart. Once you finish shopping and loading your cart, simply take the cart back to the storefront and reclaim your quarter! Easy as pie! It's a great concept that works wonders - and again, keeps costs low because they don't have to hire extra staff! Ultimately, their selection of non-gmo, organic, and healthy (their "Simply Nature" brand) items keeps me coming back again and again. Oh, and it's so fun to find and try their assortment of unique speciality European products (primarily Italian and German imported). If you are too afraid to switch over and cheat on your main, go in for cheese, charcuterie, and wine one day. So many delicious options at a fraction of the cost! Trust me, you will be surprised by how full you can get your cart and pay around $100 bucks!

Looks shabby, rate just have more than one cashier. They rush you so much it's ridiculous. Some items are worth the trip but not very many.

They had archers beef sticks about expire in a week, still good since they're dried and vacuum sealed for $1 a box which is like giving it away free. I only been for the beef sticks since someone posted it on instagram. They do have a tik toc account they you can follow and they post whatever is a hot deal. Parking is decent got there around 10 am, but as soon as I got there on a Saturday it started getting crowded and parking lot full. Like I said I'd go there only if I saw something worth driving for. So happy that I was finally able to visit this little market!…read more FYI, there's no photos allowed inside (didn't realize until a bit too late, sorry!). There's 1 hour parking in front and coming mid day on a Wednesday, there was no crowd whatsoever. Yes, there's lots of things that you can find cheaper at any other market, but be smart about it, YOU'RE NOT HERE FOR THAT. You're here for the fancy imported stuff that you CANNOT get anywhere else. There were so many interesting Japanese sweets and snacks that I have NOT seen at Tokyo Central, Marukai, Mitsuwa, Seiwa Mart, or Nijiya and that is SAYING A LOT as a weeb who goes to them so, so often. Lots of chips, candies, cookies, etc that I have only seen here. There are LOTS of really fancy, kinda pricey, but super bougie things like $98 rice, $150 (Mother's Day special) crown Japanese melons, wagyu steak cuts, etc. You'd be hard pressed to find some of these things elsewhere without paying the import shipping prices yourself. Some highlights of what I got were: Sakura Matcha Pocky (entire pack of them, much lighter in flavor and slightly sweeter than their regular matcha flavor), Disney lollipops (only 79 cents for these, super cute packaging and nice flavors. PERFECT for my friends who work at Disney and can get almost everything else Disney that isn't from overseas), and spicy hot chips and spicy curry chips (I ate like 3 pieces of these and my dad inhaled the rest of it lol). For produce, I got the Golden Fuji Apples (around $8+), lightly sweet, great color, and very crisp, a $12 cantaloupe like melon (a worker there told me to leave it at room temp for 2-3 more days so it's the best for eating, very sweet, and less seeds & more fruit), and a pack of large Driscoll strawberries (very, very sweet and only slightly tart, great color). There definitely was a language barrier between me and the cashier, but she was super nice, friendly, and helpful. I also got some freebie snacks to try out! Thank you ! Definitely worth stopping by to check out or if you want to splurge on some of the high quality stuff. I'm gonna come back again and see if I can just buy those boxes of Disney lollipops lol...

0!!! This was one of the most disgusting and disturbing experiences I have ever had with a…read morerestaurant. The food appeared contaminated and unsafe, and after eating it, there were serious concerns about food poisoning. No family, especially one with children at home, should ever have to go through something like this. The sanitation conditions seemed horrifying. There were signs of insects and filth, and it felt as if unsanitary conditions existed in every corner of the business. A restaurant that handles food this way should not be allowed to continue operating without a full health inspection. What made this even worse was the staff's attitude. Instead of taking responsibility, they responded with hostility and intimidation. Most shocking of all, there were threats involving immigration status, including statements about cooperating with ICE and having customers deported. That kind of behavior is outrageous, abusive, and completely unacceptable. No business should ever try to silence or intimidate customers this way. This is not just bad service. This is a serious public health and safety concern. I strongly urge the health department and relevant authorities to investigate this business immediately. People deserve to know the truth before more customers, especially children, get sick.

I was planning on making a thank you fruit box for my uncle myself, but the man running the store said he could put one together for me, and I saw a whole wall of decorative options.
