There are four flavors; Mild, Spicy, Smokey and LAVA HOT! I tried them all via a meatball tasting and ended up purchasing a jar each of the Spicy and Smokey. I also was able to try the Lava Hot in a bloody mary concoction and OH MY...was it good! : ) Smoke was coming out of my ears and I started to sweat, but it was so tasty it was worth it. All those hoppin' brunch destinations in the city should think about buying some of Fat Guys sauce for a signature bloody. Man, that was tasty! Right now the guys are up for doing promotional events (hint, hint...next yelp event Johnny). Or, if you go to the website the sauce can be bought on-line or in a number of stores in the burbs. They also offer some great recipes...including one for the bloody mary I spoke of earlier. I'm also going to try out the wing recipe, it sounds delish.
