There is a fee per vehicle to go picking and it's cheaper to pay it online before arriving. There were still apples on the trees in October and a great selection of flowers and vegetables. Apples were reasonably priced. You are taken around on a hayride which is fun for everyone. There's a store with canned goods and pies. Food trucks onsite were expensive and seemed to have a huge issue with hornets. Great outting for families.

Admission fees are per vehicle ($12.50 if you book online, $5 more if you buy it in person). They have prepaid bags or you can get apples/vegetables per pound. It would be nice if they had smaller bags since the prepaid ones are massive. We got a few apples, two eggplants, a couple peppers, and a sunflower, and the final price was quite reasonable. It was a bit past season for most of the eggplants and sunflowers, but there were still some good ones remaining. Super fun to pick and then cook at home :) The pumpkins in the pumpkin patch are precut--there are a bunch of large pumpkins just sitting around in the section. We skipped those but saw a lot of little kids having fun there. For lunch, I had one of the sandwiches+baked beans, and they were great! The warm apple cider donuts hit the spot--they were freshly made and still warm and were soft with crispy sugar on the outside. The hot apple cider is average but nice for the experience. It was pretty busy, but there was a lot of seating in the food area and space to spread out and have a peaceful time on the farm. I definitely want to come here again!

I noticed that fruits and vegetables are now being sold pre-batched in baskets, without allowing customers to choose their own produce. I attempted to purchase Champagne mangoes, which were packaged in sets of two. In every batch, one mango was clearly good while the other was rotten or overripe. I tried to pick 2 good mangoes instead, and without warning, a short heavy set woman came up behind me, pushed me, snatched the mangoes out of my hands, and told me I had to purchase them "as is." I was then told they were "only $1 each," as if customers should accept rotten produce simply because it is inexpensive. No customer should be treated this way, especially loyal shoppers who have supported this business for years. Selling spoiled produce bundled with good produce and expecting customers to pay for both feels dishonest and unfair. Buyers should be aware of what is happening here. I wasted my $5 parking to walk around and see vendors, a pathetic petting zoo with 6 animals in a 10x10 area, that should have been free, two sad animals for the horse and pony rides (the horse and pony looked abused and not well taken care either) also in a 10x10 area and children activities that you can do in your backyard. The ambiance was not strawberry or festive, it was sad, overpriced and pathetic. We will never go again

You can pretty much find anything that you need, right here! This is a great alternative to driving out to Lancaster PA, but the Lancaster experience is definitely better. Everyone is friendly here. The store is literally ALWAYS packed since they are only open Thursday-Saturday. There is plenty of parking, but the lot does fill up fast! Overall, the atmosphere is very nice, just be prepared to be crammed in while browsing. They also have a restaurant to sit and dine in and they do take-out. I've heard that they have some really good food here!
