I assume they were understaffed or just simply cannot keep up with the orders they were given outside of regular poke bowls, but their system of keeping track of orders seemed completely disheveled. I did not get my food until 7:43 - Over an hour after I put in an order. The employee apologized and offered me a drink for having to wait for so long, and I appreciate that, but I realized that they weren't even using the doordash system for marking off when orders were done, as they didn't even mark my order as complete until 8:18.
