What a Hell hole this place has become! To start with, they now have uniformed security in the entrance. He's not there to protect people but to make sure no one steals. The shelves are in total chaos and nothing is where you would expect it. Yeah, I would look for the pasta sauce in with the snacks....not! Items have been picked up in one spot and just put down anywhere. They have completely done away with self check out. Now, they have ONE cashier. The line was 11 people deep! People in front of me all had full carts of groceries. I had one item. There is no quick check - 10 items or less line. When I got to the cashier, he was apologetic and said they had to do all of this because of rampant theft. I won't return here. read more

This is where the deals are at. I was able to get 3 large aldis bags filled with groceries with items like different kinds of fish, two dozens eggs, pasta ingredients, many fruits and vegetables, also an assortment of dips. Everything under $90. This would be like $200+ at Publix.... What a deal!!! Only thing is you have to remember to bring your bags and yes a quarter for the cart as well! The cashiers are really quick so the long lines go down pretty quickly. My advice is beat the rush and get here early in the morning! read more

There are some things that I like about a specific store. For example, I like many items at the Dollar Tree, but I stopped getting their potato chips there. The unit price is much better at Aldi. I love their Original Kettle chips, which only have 90 mg of sodium and have a lovely crunch with every bite. The unit price is about 21 cents per ounce, which is one of the best deals around (unless you catch a BOGO free special at one of the grocery stores that will bring the price per ounce lower). That was my purchase at Aldi, my potato chips. The store was not too crowded so when I was ready to check out, it was really easy. read more

Aldi carries many European products that are excellent! We shop here about twice a week and the prices to quality to excellent. Located in the Florida City, directly off US1, it is conveniently accessible to all patrons. Plenty of parking. You need a quarter to rent a shopping cart, but if you return the cart, you get the quarter back. No shopping bags (bring your own) or place your items in the empty box's that are available in the front. A great way to save the planet from harmful plastic bags. Once inside, shop to your heart's content! Fresh Vegetables, bread (they have Brioche Buns!!) love them, frozen food section, wine, off branded chips, nuts, and cereal products, canned products from all over Europe, as previously mentioned. Great prices on Milk. Our all time favorite is the German Coffee! Amazing Coffee indeed. Speedy checkout. But at least play some music over the speaker system while I shop. read more

This place never ceases to amaze me. When it comes to quality and affordability, this is the place to beat! Let's do a little comparison shall we? A gallon of "Great Value" milk from Wal-Mart will run you around $3.5-$4.5 depending on which Wal-Mart you go to in town.... that has to be the cheapest, right? NOPE. Aldi is slapping them in the face with prices like $1.99 for a gallon of milk! WHAT! Mind. Blown. And did I mention it tastes leaps and bounds better? Now don't walk into Aldi thinking you're going to find all the same brands as other markets. 90% of the store will be brands that you haven't heard of, but don't knock it until you try it! A few years back I refused to shop here because I didn't recognize anything and figured since it was all cheap, it would taste cheap too. Boy was I wrong. I truly regret not shopping here sooner! Make sure to try some of the authentic German foods like bratwurst, schnitzel, and spatzle! The only thing I can say to be cautious about is their fresh fruits and veggies. They are GREAT, however, they won't last longer than a week! These are the only things i wouldn't bulk up on. So what are you waiting for? Go check this place out and start saving $$$! This has to be my all time favorite grocery store and let me tell you I am beyond excited that they opened a location in Homestead. The low prices and the organic produce is my favorite. Aldi has the best Quinoa and the best Organic coconut oil hands down. Plus Aldi has a variety of European products like amazing German Coffee and Sausages. There is no Trader Joe's in the area but who cares when we have Aldi. Yes, TJ's is a much more fun shopping experience but it's basically the same experience (good food, great prices, lots of organic options, off label selection) without the marketing of TJs. Bring your own bags (you also bag your own groceries) and a quarter for the shopping carts. Many times there is someone in the parking lot who will offer to take your cart back in exchange for the quarter you'd get back. read more

I have shopped at Aldi's for 3 years and have always been happy ,today was the end for me,I understand that prices have to go up,however Aldi's says they have the best prices I shopped there today for the last time prices went up from last week and they went up a lot,examples green peppers from 1.89 -2.09, gallons of water from .79- .85 halfandhalf 1.85- 1.95 peanut butter filled chips 3.89-4.29 cauliflower 1.89-1.99 . 1/2 gallon of whole milk 1.89 from 1.50 I bought a 1/2 gallon of milk Tuesday at Walmart it was 1.79 .I drive further to Aldi's than Walmart, it used to be nice place to save now forget it.really dissapointed with Aldi's. read more
