Their fresh produce is somewhat limited in scope but it's a decent place to get a big bundle of mint, dill, small green chilis, palak/spinach, taramind root, and a few other things I don't see as often in other Asian groceries. There aren't any bike racks that I have seen in the plaza but with a strong cable you could link up around the poles for the covered walk. It is on a bus line.
