It was a very small place and although the owner seemed very nice the staff was kind of bossy and grouchy. Also it is a very small area with a kids play area that is okay. The petting zoo is five animals in a very small pen. I would recommend Honey Hill for their pumpkins and fall experience. At least they take you back to their pumpkins for free..

Things that you would normally go online and wait days for, are now just a ten minute (depending on where you live) drive away. It's a substantially sized store (for the type of business that it is.) They carry Thai Basil, Korean red pepper paste, fish sauce, long stems of lemongrass and plum sauce to name a few!!! And their prices are reasonable. The owner is fantastic. I had called and left a message inquiring of a few items. He called me back moments later with an answer. And upon arriving at the store I had a couple recipe questions and he was very helpful in offering suggestions. C'mon out Dekalb and support this place! We need to keep it here.

Of course it's also fresher. There's other products but the main reason to come is the produce that is much better than other stores. Came in and looked around a bit. It's a locally owned grocery store with lots of the same products you can find elsewhere. The difference is the freshness and prices of these. About the best place to shop in downtown. Other grocery stores are farther away and not as cheap as this. Also more products here are local. That's a good reason to choose here instead of there. Has quite a lot packed into this kind of small market. It's located on Oak Street at Sixth Street. There's lots of grocery products like cereal that's kind of expensive, but the fresh things are cheaper, so get the fruits and vegetables.

Not the first time I realize all the time the auto center has a long wait with mistakes. There…read moreusually no one at the counter to help. There is a wait even if you ring a curtsy bell. There is no leaving the counter to go to the shop to find a tech because of a lock door, no exit. Then first day there, all registers died, in the middle of my transaction. Second time next day no one was able to accept payment from a gift card but Joann from the customer service front desk. Joann was creative, cashed the gift card so I may pay cash and complete the transaction. To pick up vehicle was another wait at the front counter for a tech, when one arrived he said he had no cash and sent me to front customer service where Alex attempted to help. He was unable to transact an auto service at front took me back to auto center and when he was unable to complete transaction he called Coach Miguel which finally decided to take care of me by opening register drawer (had cash in it) refund the remaining and said he take care of paperwork later so I may leave store (took an hour to check out). Joann, Alex and Miguel were helpful however the system, tech training, organization stinks. I ll bypass Vista auto service and try OC

So I have been in this store only twice, the first time a worker helped me pick out Lean shakes and…read morehe convinced me to get a second one half off and assured me that if i didn't like them i could return them. I was glad he suggested this because i loved them and would have been back this way i had another one for half off and if i hated it i would have gotten my money back even if it was open! The second time i came a different gentleman assisted me and I explained to him about a pill i took for assisting with my workouts and i explained the bad reaction i had to this. I wanted to try a different one and i was looking at two sets. One was cheaper and one was like over $100 (really steep but I was told it worked) well this worker explained in details the two, showing me how well he knew his stuff, then he told me since my reaction he didn't feel comfortable with me trying the $100 one due to the stimulants in it. And he suggested the cheaper one (which has been effective and has had no reaction) but my point is he didn't care about making the store more money he cared about me as a customer and my needs. I will be back not only cause they are they only ones that have this product but i love the customer service. They are always there to help, even if they are talking to someone they acknowledge you walking in and greet you. I really did like everything.
